I am also planning to tka eit up as I believe my psyche and spiritual self need more attuning to my physical self to bring me to a full circle of understanding.

2. Is about the yogic principle that everything is a manifestation of the Divine. If everything is a manifestation of the divine, this means that there is no good and evil. But there's not a danger stating that there is no good and evil? Is not possible to lose the ability to choose beetween good action and bad actions. I'm pretty new at Yoga so this question arise and stopped my practice. I'd really appreciate if you can help me to solve that question.
It is well known that it is easier to meditate on an empty stomach. However, it is true that if you are very very hungry then you would not be able to enjoy meditation. (Sometimes I take a small fruit or something if I am hungry at the time when I should be starting meditation. The small snack does not disturb meditation or my appetite for the real meal that comes after I finish meditation).

I was forced to meditate before I could eat, why did they do that to me? I was always so hungry. You need to eat first to avoid hunger...
