All Pro Football 2K8 STILL has the best animations

Couldn't we all just start a fund raiser to get 2k to produce another game or a patch. It would be all the better because it would be produced by the fans. Shouts to any millionaire here on youtube, lets make this happen.

EA is just a bunch of fuckin cowards....it hurts to buy madden every year knowing its not the same anymore...thats it! I cant take it anymore I need some time to myself!!!!

I haven't been keeping up with Madden at all these last few years and I just learned they extended their deal with NFL which SUCKS.

That being said, I wish 2k Sports had made another game. I'd like to see more teams, the ability to edit ALL the teams and have your user made teams play each other in season or single game mode. That would be even better than a NFL license IMO. I love making teams, leagues and especially uniforms.

@MarkQuinn2k7 I totally agree. If 2K Sports came out with another football game, I'd be the first in line. In fact, I believe if 2K Sports came with another game, it would be the end of Madden. For example, 2K Sports has taken EA Sports out of the basketball business. Like you said, I wish they could just make a football game, which you could edit ALL of the teams. That would be just as good as an NFL licensed game.

@1Dub79 Know what else would be good? More retired players. Enough to fill a roster. If they couldn't do that, then enough to fill the starting lineups. The best players ever to play the game. They could get the license for the Hall of Fame and call it 2kSports Hall of Fame Football. But you know what EA would do then? They'd buy Canton, Ohio. THE WHOLE TOWN. They'd buy exclusive rights to every person in the world who ever picked up a football.

Fundamentals bro, EA for whatever reason chooses to ignore it. EA might have the rights but 2K has the respect. Core gameplay is whats important not flashy graphics or presentation... 2K5 was 20$ when it was released and it was the best football game to date...madden is consistently 60-70 dollars and it doesnt come close...that alone speaks volumes.

@Roscoe100486 I totally agree. Some games are just not worth $65. Though I like Madden 12, it is not worth $65 because it is just not enough improvements. I only paid $6.75 for the game, so I feel like I got my money's worth.

@happiest1084 Well, I don't think it looks like crap. They did make improvements, but not enough for a $65 purchase. OVERALL, APF gets my nod for best animations and presentation. That is big.

@BxJerseyShorefan I meant $6.74. That is what I paid for Madden due to a combination of the NCAA 12 trade-in, gift card, and a bonus. Plus, I will STILL re-purchase a used NCAA 12 from Amazon, a few months from now. It is already about $35, now. Initially, I only paid $21.60 for NCAA 12, anyway. The bottom line is both games are good but, neither of these games were worth $65.

See what I mean, 2K replicated fundamentals better than EA has. EA is not trash, that just need to learn how to showcase whats happening on the field the right way. This is what we always talk about at TSS, 2K didn't it better.

@tmacman0418 I didn't, until then. That proves my point. Dude, this game is four years old, and it STILL has full of animation surprises. That play even surprised me. If 2K Sports came out with another football game, I would pay TOP dollar for it.
