The definitely some sort of dilution going on. If you compare the beginning of the video with the end, you can see how the "milk" loses it's opaque qualities.

Yes that would require addition fluid, that fluid is stored inside the cylinder in the biggest glass.

There is a tube of some sort in the middle of the bigger glasses. You can see the liquid pour around in at one point.

I would say all of the glasses are double sided. watch closely, look how the guy pours each glass. he starts from the side then when it's full he pours in the middle. The last round he pours each on the sides so that it would cover all the glasses..

the person just has a clear liquid in each thats why the color fades through out each cup :)

We all know how it begins (the water in the glasses) but I figured out how it ends. When she pours it back, remember she has tyhe largest glass that she doesnt have to pour into, therfore she has more liquid to spare. Nice trick though. What is the thick substance?

SPOILER: All the glasses have water inside them, its just hard to see because of the glass. the stuff that is used is heavier than the water so it sinks to the bottom and mixes.

wrong...I doubt if a mixture touches a liquid it would bounce up like it the mixture does when it hits the bottom of the glass...nah that's not the solution

I'm sure this is the correct answer to this little magic trick, what as the viscosity of the liquid changes as it becomes diluted with the water in the other glasses.
