@StudioOctavia It's great. It's quiet (unlike my old hot air roaster). And its filters keep the smoke down even though it roasts a bigger batch than the hot air roaster. About the only time there is much smoke is when the beans are dumped onto the cooling tray. I've got one profile programmed into it that seems to do the job for me.
