PS: mrkingly: the hotel is on the other side of Santiago from the hospitalito. It is a twenty five minute walk or a ten minute tuk-tuk ride. The surrounding town is quite safe to walk around at night, although hiking without a guide is not recommended.
Those were the amazing blue corn pancakes and the real orange juice!! I didn't stay at the Posada, but we went there for breakfast....This is a nice video!
