The bad side is they reduced the amout of Srec's they will buyfor a year or so and Srec's have dropped to under $200,, were about $500 6 months ago. That will stop some projects form starting for a while.
This was an excellent idea, but poorly supervised in some areas. Some are under trees or not facing south or under other obstacles. Hopefully efficiency is monitored and panels are moved to better locations or are re-aligned.
