Guys, the whole inconsistencies with real life, such as the sword on the airplane or the lack of cars in the street when O-ren was on the road, were done on purpose to convey an over the top dramatic sense of suspense. You tell me what's more interesting, the Bride just staring out of the plane? Or the bride staring out of the plane while clutching her sword? How about this one? O-ren stuck in traffic? Or O-ren cruising down main street like she owns the place?
