Her beautiful legs and feet, its called hyper extension, I studied ballet for 16 yrs and also have hyper extension, legs and arms. Its pretty to look at but since your legs actually bow back a bit it throws off your center of balance, adagio is easy extension and hip turnout a breeze it also helps in devloping a pretty pointed foot, all your strength is in the leg, but jumps and turn are more difficult. Sylvie is a product o much hard work
