  • @Winchester1973 Yeah me 2 I would cry but gymnasts have to b very strong ¡!¡!¡! :-) :-T

  • Wow, she's tough. I'd be crying like a baby!!!

  • I dislocated my elbow in cheer this year =/ It hurts SO bad. I had to go to the hospital and get put under to get it relocated back in place.

  • @XxSkatingFan4LifexXD Hell you need the muscle to keep your damn bones in place due to the G-Forces from all that spinning and stuff lol

  • @LittleElastics umm she was doing a Korbut? Not falling.

  • 0:40- 0:41... Gymnast failing on the beam behind.

  • 0:33 that was a fart!!!!

  • got milk??

  • that was an awesome tumbling pass too, poor girl.

  • People think that she dislocated it because shes skinny, well their trainers make them skinny. They aren't allowed to eat properly. You see one gymnast died on anarexia.

  • @harrypotter9823 they're on restricted diets because of what they do. the smaller they are, the bigger the advantage to them. they wouldn't be able to perform at the level they do if they were all anorexic. and they are allowed to eat properly, they just can't eat crap like normal people would.

  • oh poor lady

  • @ginaven1 poor lady?? the girl's like 14-15 years old.

  • @LMA629 what does it matter....very strange

  • OW

  • i dislocated both my elbows on uneven bars i peeled off and tried to catch myself dislocating both ofthem trust me it kills worst pain ever im out for 3 months =/

  • I dislocated my elbow about 6 months ago doing a backhand spring, it hurts so bad =[

  • I feel sorry for yulia cause her twin olga made the 1996 olympics but she didn't. I guess that's life though.

  • I've done that twice. Once on the bars when I jumped and missed the bar and once on the floor in a backflip. It doesn't half hurt.

  • I like the way at 1.27 he says "Ooh that's awful to watch" and then he starts laughing

  • I just dislocated my elbow in gymnastics a little over a month ago. it was bent 90 degrees the opposite direction and was stuck like that until i got to the ER and they put me under anesthetics. i was out for awhile and am still not back. it was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me.

  • @mynumberisyouwish

    pfff,,, like 5/6 months? :(

  • shes like 7

  • At 1:31 seeing the reactions from the girls in front of her, you can see is a bad injury.

  • I had that too, :'( i felt from the bars and, i felt on my hand, and, wip, my elbow was dislocated :'( that hurts!

  • @taartjuh4 awtsh ;s and for how long you were out ?

  • 1:22 poor girl!!! i did this to my knee

  • She's tough... I've seen grown men cry with that kind of injury. I'm not making this up. I guess gymnasts just build up a tolerance for pain, even bad pain.

  • I dislocated my elbow about 3 months ago doing backhand springs, it is one of the most painful things I've ever experienced... poor girl

  • @XxSkatingFan4LifexXD i didnt know being skinny means your bones are easier to break...

  • omg ew i had to watch it a few times but now i see it EW

  • She's so strong!!! that look so painfull.... OUCH!

  • yes I would've screeamed my head off with a similar injury-must be unbearable!!!!I can not cope with pain at all!

  • I can't see anything :O

  • @theLittlePussyCatx3 ur fucking blind

  • @hawee07 thanks

  • Shw looks really skinny in the face, was she starvin herself? just wonderin

  • Dayiimmm D:

  • OUCH!!! that looked bad! poor girl! :(

  • oh my god... the poor girl =(

  • Ouch.

  • She stayed so calm, I would have been screaming!!!

  • mine was a posterior dislocation and i also broke my elbow and just got surgery a few days ago.. i also have perminent nerve damage in my hand... , mine was a lot worse but i know how this girl feels. it suucks. wrestling sucks sometimmes haha check out my vids

  • that was that was NASTY!!!!!!

  • her arms is seriously hurts.

  • @kleamat Try drinking gallons of milk a day and try to land on your hands. Bet you would be ashamed for calling her a bitch.

  • That probably looked as bad as it feels.

  • that hurts so bad! :(

  • Gah! I dislocated my elbow last year in dance. It hurt quite a lot. Poor girl!!

On a different note, did anyone else notice that when the male announcer said "That's a terrible injury to have", that he sounded like Johnny Depp?? lol.

  • @EMCdance

wow yeah I noticed that too.

    Sounded just like him !

  • eww u could see her arm bend the wrong way eww i hope shes ok

  • @4egymnast...It's a natural gross movement for someone falling to put their hands out to stop their fall.

  • ouch!! i just recently hyperextended my elbow so i know how it feels, tho im sure its not nearly as painful as what happened to her :(

  • @4egymnast

even though I would agree with you, it is kind of stupid/dangerous to stop the fall with your hands, but I think it was a mere reaction that she tried to stop herself continuing falling :P

    hope I didn't cause annoyance ^^

  • no worries! =)

  • that happened to me when i was in 4th grade hurt like hell but the pain went away after 10 minutes

  • yeowch!cc

  • aww poor thing! that elbow bent the opposite way - OUCH!!

  • awh man thats horrible!!!

makes my elbow hurt just watching it

  • cringed? i froze no lie

  • sports are bad for health. PERIOD!

  • wait a min

ur fat and still in your mom basement ? playing wow ?

  • wait they're bad because of periods??

  • Could it be that she's too small? I don't know. I'm just wondering. She's so skinny, it looks like I can even dislocate her elbow myself. And where's the muscle? YIKES!

  • no muscled = no bone = easy to break / discolate the skeleton system.

  • that has nothing to do with it. it's how she landed on it. i know im a gymnast

  • exactly. True that it is technique based abilities, but however a little muscle to protect the body wort hurt any gymnastics.

  • at 1st i thaught there was an ice cream van in the arena with the music... lol

  • She must weigh at least 40lbs

  • damn, that must be painful.

    well she's cute!!

  • wtf? was the coach squeezing her arm and saying does this hurt?

  • pause at 0.47 and you see the elbow out of place. ouchh!!

  • ouch!

  • what a stupid coach!

  • i know

  • so gross....that happened to my lil bro..kinda.

but he was playing tag with his franns and actually broke his arm....

    yuck lol

  • shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!!!

  • owwee ;_;

  • llllllllllllllllllllllmao

  • Her trainers an idiot. picking her up by her shoulder, theres an equal chance thats shes broken her shoulder as well

  • Ouch! Her teamates freak. They see her land and right after that they all turn their heads. Like synchronized. lol. That would hurt so bad. She looks really calm, but i wouldnt want anyone to touch it. I would be crying!

  • 'ah she's dislocated it.... ah that a terrible injury'

The way he says that make me laugh!

  • ooo my elbow hurts now. owie!!!

  • good god that looked horrible...

  • Ouch!!

  • omg! im just watching but i can feel the pain of it..and then the woman touched it!..ah if i was her im gonna be like "dont touch it!" and run around crying for a min. just to avoid contact..lol good thing though the vaulter didnt get distracted by it.

  • poor kid

  • Oh lord, you can see that elbow do something elbows are NOT supposed to do!!

  • it souldnt have been andrenaline, its shock, ive dislocated my elbow in rugby, and for the second ur awake, its the worst pain ever

  • ahhhhhhhhh ouch im gona be sick!!!

    i would be crying.......

  • It's a torture in slow motion.

  • omg it makes me sick to watch...

  • that hurts so bad

i just did that in practice like 4 months ago it sucks

  • I would have been screaming my head off :(

  • oouuchh...she prob dislocated it before so it did not hurt as much that time.

  • Props to her.

  • i would be crying...

  • woah shes tough she hardly crying

  • its pretty stupid how she steps out of bounds in the beginning. like its so frustrating to make silly little mistakes like that but i always think that its better than making huge errors.

  • i don't think anyone was watching her step out of bounds at the start...supprisingly i tihnk they were looking at her 'small mistake' where she disolcated her elbow...at least it wern't a huge error ey

  • TOUGH GIRL!!!

  • 2 weeks ago i fractured and dislocated my elbow during a copetition at gateshead while warming up my tumbles my wrist had colappsed which caused my elbow 2 hit the floor and pop out my elbow is now pinned:(

  • and the girls of the back are retarded or what? they react very slow and only what they do is to cover their eyes, what a shame at last they could be preocuppied of what happened and hoping that that won't happen to them

  • I feel sorry for her :[

sorry to say this, but that suit is hideous...

  • I have to agree with u...

  • Are you a member of WWGYM?

  • Me or Gymnasticgal97?

If you mean me, no i don't believe i am...

  • 1:30 wtf when he says "thats awful to watch" they like, start LAUGHING??? ....the announcers on the olympics can be so annoying

  • Crap. BIG CRAP. It must have been the forward thrusting motion that did it? Cuz I would think you'd need a hard tug to dislocate an elbow like that. OUCH. But damn, what a high pain threshold she's got. She kept calm and cool. I'm impressed.

  • She's a perfectly healthy weight, wtf is with all the responses calling her malnourished? She is strong as hell to be able to do those kind of stunts, and of course she's skinny, most gymnasts are because they train so hard.

  • Yeah, I agree. Anyone could have taken a fall (doing something other than gymnastics, even), put their arm out to brace themselves, and dislocated their elbow. You don't have to be a gymnast or thin to do that.

  • I was there watching the comp when it happened. Poor thing. :(

  • those announcers are real calm,,I woulda been like holy shit!!SON!!!SON!!!HOLY SHIT!!! I woulda walked all the way over there and been like u aight,,u aight,,want some wata!u know basically making teh whole situation pretty bad...well cuz u know she dilocated her arm...yup

  • ye idd, but she's 'lucky' (if i can use that word in this situation) the elbow popped back in the joint. The pain's a lot worse when all the ligaments keep stretched when it's not back in. But still I admire the little girl, think i'd cry like a baby

  • wowza! yeh man i woulda done the same, prob screamed really loud in one place at mah arm for like 6 minutes then let them get near me.

  • poor girl, she handled it well , strong

  • Yea I agree, she handled that injury better then most people would've. I got to give her alot of respect for that had that been me, I would've been crying like a little bitch(LOL...)

  • Why are the announcers snickering at her injury? Ugh, that pisses me off.

  • look at 1:32 how disgusted and freaked out the onlooking gymnasts are! wow, they saw that elbow up close. ick.

  • lol... damn you for making me look...

  • she is REALLY skinny for a gymnast

  • wow. in one instince every thing can be lost.but that can be repaired very quickly actually.i felt soor for her i mean you never know when it's going to happen to you.

  • Holy Shittttttttt!!!!!!!!!!! That must have hurt badly

  • Mkay first of all DarknessEt3rnal you probably didnt have yours dislocated and stop showing of cause in gymnastics it hurts cause it has happend to me the same way, so stop acting all cool cause you dislocted something (:

  • I'm sorry, I fail to understand how dislocating a joint suddenly makes someone cool?? Please, enlighten me.

  • Oh ouch! That sucks big time. Poor girl.

    =(

  • shes is malnurished

    she is very very thin

  • well yea maybe yours was worse but she was in like the nationals or some thign and it hurt her more because she felt embarrased.but not you. she had a huge audience.

  • why are all these gymnasts so young??

  • because they are more flexible when they are young

  • it's obvious she was malnurished, but still..oww :(

  • Ahhh. Omg I cried just watching it. =/

  • Kleamet. Can you do ANY of what these gymnasts are doing? Are you an authroity on the weight of gymnasts? Who the hell do you think you are passing judgement on these people. Get a life. Stop bashing people to make yourself feel better.

  • you can see it bend outwards..

    my god..

  • OUCH thats hurt

  • she was only trying to maintain her balance.

  • aww

    :(

    she did so good before

    and shes skinny :D

    but its okay xD

  • she need to eat more to skiny milk or something

  • but milk only makes the bones stronger, not the joints

  • ooo that would hurt

  • Ouch man!

  • poor girl! it even hurts to watch it!

  • there were other events going on

  • was she doing an arabian when she hurt her elbow? (I am trying to learn to recognize gymnastics moves)

  • Yes, that is a tuck double arabian, very cowboyed and, of course, with unhappy landing.

  • i like how the woman grabs her arm "does that hurt"

  • um, yeah that's kind of her job...

  • she has a puppy dog face..aww..wish she landed it:((

  • poor girl shes so cute.

  • owiee =[ the littlest things hurt you the worst.. i broke my nose doing a punchfront on beam.. it hurt like a mother

  • She was only 13.

  • that poor baby, what an idiot coach, she just grabs the girls arm and is flinging it around, and the trainers like, 'stop touching her'

  • I dislocated my elbow doing a squat on to jump to the high bar. I felt so stupid...its like the easiest thing ever. But my foot slipped when I jumped and i flipped over the bar. It was a bad dislocation and I couldnt sraighten my arm for over a year. I had to quit gymnastics because of it :(

  • omg thats so sad linzee :'(

  • omg, im so sorry. i know what thats like. i broke a piece of bone the size of my thumb off of my foot and had to stop training for over a year

  • ouch

  • He's like, "That's horrible to watch, let's see it again in slow motion"

  • i just dislocated and broke my elbow in gymnastics too doing a toe flick on bars!

  • Don't you hate it how it's the basics that get you and that fraction of a second means weeks of time off?
