this is a row and press , not a clean and press. Cleans are based on the idea of C A T...(compentatory acceleration)...if you can row the weight with your arms , then why bother cleaning it.
Very clean. Done very nicely. Stationary movements help isolate all muscles groups. It's not about the explosive jump you see everyone doing. If you want back/knees/ankle problems in 20 years...go ahead and start doing a bunch of nonsense jumping :)
I thought that was pretty good technique tbh, maybe arched his back abit when picking the weight from the floor but didn't deserve those comment below..
