that DPS is pretty insane actually, and in Phase 3 the healers need to make sure every raid member (except for the tanks) are at about 10% otherwise they heal the boss too much and thats pretty hard

Each group either has VE, Healing stream, or is comprised solely of Melee, and JOL keeps them alive.

And you have the Penetrating cold healers assigned to a mark, and a grid addon shows the marks on grid, thus allowing them to spamheal the correct player.
