Nope. Veganism is a perfectly healthy diet if done properly. My aunt and uncle are both vegans and they run marathons/triatholons. Our species evolved as omnivores, until recently we ate mostly grasses, fruits, and grains with the occasional animal here and there. Think about it, for primitive man, what's easier to catch and eat, fruit or a living animal?

Nope. Veganism is a perfectly healthy diet if done properly. My aunt and uncle are both vegans and they run marathons/triatholons. Our species evolved as omnivores, until recently we ate mostly grasses, fruits, and grains with the occasional animal here and there. Think about it, for primitive man, what's easier to catch and eat, fruit or a living animal?
Chimps also have complex brains and opposable thumbs. Intelligence is not what separates us morally from other animals.
