  • Victory, please send the Gunny to OZ and we'll all ride with him.( Hammers rule).

  • Hollister, California '12 - 4th of July. C' ya' there! This is the event 65 years ago that etched itself into "biker culture" 4-ever. The movie "The Wild Ones' was produced, and the image of the motorcyclist was 4 ever changed. It is part of "The American Motorcycle Legend, and if you don't already know about it, google Holister, CA, and learn for yourself this story. If you don't know about it already, then I think you are a "Checkbook" biker. So be cool. Learn your history.

  • hey--i'd ride with gunny anyday

2010 XC here and a great machine

  • I want to ride with the gunny and yes i have a Victory best bikes ever made

  • I want to ride with the gunny

  • R. Lee is the greatest!! I'll buy a Victory!

  • Victory and Polaris are both midwestern born and still true American companies. Sure, some parts come from other parts of the world. Pretty hard to find any product that doesn't utilize the global marketplace in order to compete and stay in business. But the fact is they are more red blooded American than any other company out there in this business. Even above Harley.

  • @Marq08 agreed. there is more american part content in victory motorcycles than harley's as well :)

  • @HoleShotSV1000S Yeah, as metric as a Harley...

  • Thanks for watching our video. To clarify, all Victory Motorcycles engines and motorcycles are assembled in the U.S.A.

  • @HoleShotSV1000S If you are going to try to correct someone get the facts. The article that talks about the engines not the bike being assembled in Mexico has an update at the bottom correcting it stating that the engine assembly was moved to Iowa NOT Mexico as they originally stated.

As for India they are going to start assembling some in India in late 2012 (hasn't happened yet) but that will only be for the Indian market because they have such high tariffs on imports.

    Google it!

  • Are these assembled in Mexico like Harly Davidson ?

  • @wout661 No. Every single Victory is built in Spirit Lake Iowa.

  • @NMI94 Echo that.... When people ask me 'who makes Victory' I answer 'Americans'. Spirit Lake, Iowa. This is the Victory line, not the Polaris mothership we're talking about. More American-made than Harley.

  • @NMI94

Yeah i know i was messing with the HD guys.

  • Will it take another 13 years before the Victory will be available in Europe at responsible dealers?

  • I rode a loaded Vision this year at Sturgis. The tranny felt sloppy and the engine response was very soft. This is compared to my 7 year old HD. No science, just my test ride. I'll keep my bike for now.

  • Was great having you out at the Legendary Buffalo Chip to film some of this!
