you can tell beck wrote the song on drums, there's no double bass...which is pretty weak for such heavy verses but vocal/guitarwise the song is five stars.

Hardcore started with like, Bad Brains and Rich Kids on LSD and what not. Then nu-metal came along and everyone got confused.
I also love GJ, because they aren't a genre band. They groove while they rock, and it's clean and tight.

larry probably would've done something like to match the verse. beck says that the rest of the album is way better than these three songs, we've been hearing on youtube for two years.

I know only a few things. I see the audience in this vid. I have watched HA audiences. This audience stands still as if zombified. The audience during HA songs look like they are enjoying themselves. I prefer to enjoy life. To each his or her own. I've seen at least 1000 shows and I know this, I don't want to be screamed at - that didn't look like anyone was having fun. When I'm up front, we're all having a great time. Wtf is up with that? You all define having fun differently. Cool.:P

hardcore? there isn't a single hardcore riff in this song or anything glassjaw song since "babe" on EYEWTKAS. hardcore is horrible. the most trite genre music on the planet. not only can you not distinguish genres of music-but you're a homophobe.

you can tell beck wrote the song on drums, there's no double bass...which is pretty weak for such heavy verses but vocal/guitarwise the song is five stars.

you guys don't understand way back in the day glassjaw released an album called 'everything you ever wanted to know about silence'.
although, the drummer wasn't extremely technical he did manage to use double bass in heavy parts of their verses. it adds so much more to the song. go listen to head automatica if you don't like heavy music.

Jesus that is awesome! So glad to see Palumbo back doing Glassjaw stuff. I mean, what happened with Head Automatica?! I'm all for experimentation but christ! Great to have him back.
