The version I've heard from a really old jazz 78rpm record goes something along the lines of "see that man his tie is red? He plays with his nuts when he gets in bed" Nuts! Hot Nuts!

The original is by Lil Johnson and, yeah hokum and baudy blues can really make you blush ...
