honestly the flipping is great. but i didn't see nothing in his video that would protect him from a 6'4" 250lbs bruizer. except for maybe he could out run a big guy. and when a big guys got ahold of you theres no flipping away in style unless you look good while being tosed into a wall head first. he's a really good flipper though good job!

its gymnastics and free running .. there are no martial arts that incorporate this kind of training ninjitsu is not about flipping, its about getting the ko in a second... then after that ninja gets pownd i should know im am in it... capoeira is close to that thought
