energy is needed to accelereate. correct? will by einsteins "law" as an object approaches the speed of light, since the speed of light is a "max" speed, energy can still increase but energy can not be used to increase velocity, therefore the energy is sent into the particals of mass, causing them to increase is size at an infinite rate. at least that is what i understood it as. i am not saying i am 100% correct though.

This is why she was nowhere to be found at the end of the movie. Prot was a man of his word and since he promised 1 person to take back, he chose her because of her story.
yes he really disappeared. He is basically an alien from K-Pax. I can remember proving this point to several people after watching this movie. However, prot is using robert porters body as a vessel, which is why robert is found lying on the ground when prot finally beams back to k-pax. A very touching movie. One of a kind.
i have invented a travel maschine, but i cant find any k-pax planet..

Well, they were at the Rose Planetarium in New York. He doesn't disappear, and that's part of the scene.
