Fascinating idea, Sebastian. Your project is exciting and incredibly ambitions; however, even a perfect knowledge of the connectome will not give you "identity". The reason is simple - you have no existence independent of the universe. You are unknowable separated from your interplay with your environment.
"I" am the experience of the chemo-neural interplay with my environment. We are not the violin or even the player.
"We" are the emergent phenomenon... the music.
