@somebodt if you have an i.Link in your pc, no problem. if not, you have to go to a friend who does have this abilitie in his pc built in, other wise you cant transfer to a pc with the hc51e

@shanedawsentv3 you just have to rewind video, and then record over the old stuff, you cant delete. unless you throw away your minidv tape

Actually, getting the firewire is the easy part.

I have this camera and I use it, and I thought I will upload videos on youtube, but it's too damn complicated.

you have to buy a firewire cable .. and if ur computer doesnt have a firewire plug (like me ) you have to buy something for ur motherboard ;) :(

A band called Noir Desir - Le Vent nout porera. I don't think they're together anymore as this lead singer was charged and possibly imprisonned for attacking his girlfriend I think. Anyway, I remember everyone liked this song, which was out about 7years ago, even outside of France.

25 fps? The flip pocket camcorder is 34 fps as is about half the price. Interesting. The only benefit of this then is the window that flips out. The flip doesn't have this window, or a mirror so you don't know if you're in the picture when filming yourself - unless you put your shaving mirror behind is so you can see the screen behind.
