How does it feel to LOSE 55 Seante & House Seats in a 2 year period? You're getting desperate & I think it's hysterical RNC Mike Steele plans on hearing the SAME voice of God that Scarah Failin plans on hearing when it comes to running for office in 2012.
It's a shame the HARD-CORE GOP don't move to Mexico where they could legally smoke peyote' and hear voices from GOD ANYTIME they wish.
Most GOP believe the "Bush Family" is a symbol of GOD that represents the "Burning-Bush" of modern times.
your a fagget and exactly what is wrong with america. When Obama is dead Im having a party and celebrating that goddamn communist niggers death. Republicans will regain power, just wait. The pendelum is going to swing and payback is gonna be a lot more than a bitch for you bunch of wealth envy, idiot, democrats!
Biden for President. It's not to late to change ship. We the American people deserve a president with backbone and brains in the same form. That's why I am spreading the word.
"The loss in blood, the Americans who are killed every month" is, according to Boehner, a "small price to pay." I wonder if Boehner would be willing to meet with the families of all those dead soldiers and tell them that their sacrifice is a "small price?"
Mind you when the president refers to the war as a "comma," I suppose this is the kind of crap you're going to get from the Republican leadership.
Honestly how full of shit are the Republicans, how stupid ignorant and money hungry are they that they see death as an investment. That only tells me that they dont really give a fuck about the US citicens and soldiers, and the sure as hell dont give a fuck about Iraquis.
I'm usually with Keith, but not really on this one. That guy was commenting on having a stable, strategic position in the middle east. It is still rather important for military and diplomatic reasons. Not saying I want more losses, but the "small risk" is actually very small when compared to other conflicts. Gotta learn politic-speak, I guess.
The Middle East is far less stable now than it was prior to the Iraq invasion. If you think that Americans dying in someone else's civil war is acceptable, send your kids or grab a gun and go fight it yourself. More Americans have died in Iraq than on 9-11. 80,000 Iraqi citizens have died at our hand since we invaded. Liberation my ass. Oil oil oil.
Don't banter to me about the sacrifices. My brother died in Anbar province, and my significant other is flying TQ at this very moment. If my knee hadn't been blown out in boot, I'd be there now myself.
The fact is that there is a political perspective the people are forgetting, and it goes far beyond simple oil. If we're talking numbers, less Americans have died in this war than any other. The Iraqi's are killed mostly by their own people, btw.
The problem is, we are trying to solve a political problem with a military solution. It can not work. Before we arrived, Iraqis were not blowing each other up in coffee houses, at least, as often as they are now. We all appreciate your family's sacrifices. I have family in the military as well. But this isn't our war anymore.
No, Iraqi's weren't, but Saddams private army was sure having a fun time with those Kurds. Don't convince yourself that we're the cause of their violence. Its probably worse now, yes, but you expect peace while their gov't fails at every turn?
Whether you think its our war or not, we're there. No amount of whining will stop that from being true. We might as well try and make SOME worthwhile contribution since we are.
I agree a military solution is not the correct path.
Good point, I agree. The Iraqi government needs to stop taking vacations. I recently had a friend return from Iraq, and he said there's no point to us being there. Interestingly, he felt there were too many troops. I'm not sure where in Iraq he was, though.
Agreed, I see many more Marines coming home, especially the past year, who don't really know why they're there, or what good its doing.
Also, things are hidden from the US media. My SO flew recently to cover a convoy going into Ramadi. They weren't allowed to be within eyeshot of the convoy though, because the hot shots wanted the escorted military to "think its safe."
There is much we aren't told... much that needs doing that isn't being done.
what he meant to say is that rich fat white guys like me have paid a small price, but i wonder what price Joe is going to pay when his wife sees the chick in the background. P,S. I don;t think it was a gun in her hand i think it was a dildo
Biden?? All of our Congress? Assume that we are the CEO of Microsoft,,Apple, GM, Bank of America. Would any one of you hire a politician, a Member of the Senate, and HR, to run your Company?
Bush is the one who let Al Qaeda into Iraq. I liked the question posed to Betrayus: if we are fighting world terrorism in Iraq, why will we leave once sectarian violence is stopped???? mmhmm

Boehner callously calls the sacrifice of American troops as a "small price" to pay, yet cries on the House floor when that investment is questioned.
Where do they find these people?
