I got the Bold last year as soon as ATT got them. I love it but it's a bit big. I loved my old Pearl's form factor (8100) but wanted a full QWERTY. The Tour seems just about the perfect size but there's no WiFi...ugh.
i think this video proves nothing, no offense to the poster of the vid but, the tour is a great phone, this is NOT issue among many tours.....this unit should be returned, and replaced..... but as i said before the tour is a great phone B-)
yup, same thing just started happening to mine after 4 months of use.

Since this video we got a new Tour (a few days after this was shot) and have had no issues with the device.

ugh i know many people who have the tour who dont have this problem, could be a defective unit......not as though all tours have this problem......

i would guess it to be a manufacturer defect. never seen that in a video before.
call vzw and theyll replace it.
