  • Lol, this isn't important by any means. But the light arrow is also used to flip a tower upside down.

  • Hard

  • Pee

  • Ur shit makes my pee

  • mother of GOD... this is the time that i finally realized that there is two hyrules

  • Also want to point out on that old map artwork on the far left, there's a marker pointing to a land called Calatia. This is where the 8-Bit Link is from, he's not even from Hyrule. As a 12 year old boy he saved Impa from baddies and she told him of their plight. Also, it's not even until four years later in Zelda II that he first discovers the Triforce of Courage on his hand. LoZ was a coming of age story as Miyamoto once explained. It's in the sequel where he discovers his destiny.

  • I always felt, based on my own theories, there was only one Ganondorf that becomes the evil creature "Ganon." Just that over time, the Triforce of Power corrupted him permanently into his pig form. So he goes from a Gerudo thief in OoT where he first experiences the change into Ganon. ALttP speaks of Ganondorf the Thief but he's only ever seen as Ganon the pig at the end. By LoZ, he's permanently the pig.

  • This guy is an absolute genius but one thing. I think that there is only one Ganon but he has been reincarnated by agnham the wizard from a link to the past. Also I do not believe That the silver arrow completely destroys Ganon. If the silver arrows did kill Ganon there wouldn't be room for another Zelda game? :(

  • in ss demise says that his hatred will be an endless cycle and a male guredo is born every one hundred years so theyre could be even more than two gannons

  • In SS Fi says that each person see´s Demise differently and Ganondorf is Demise´s reincarnasion so how Ganondorf looks does not really matter does it he could look like a dragon and then still be the exact same Ganondorf if seen by a different Link.

  • @Lancun forced into Ganondorf's head. Is he dead or dominant until the original Zelda. I believe it would explain why the Master Sword isn't in it, it merely got lost or hidden to not be found. My theory though but I am curious to what you think on that. Also, I am anxious to hear your theory about Skyward Sword, especially the ending.

  • @Lancun I love your thoery and it makes the most sense out of all the other theories I've heard. I've watched these videos numerous of times and still don't fully understand it but I love trying to figure it out. Though I do have a question, in Twilight Princess, A Link to the Past, and the original Zelda game Ganon is killed, 2 by silver arrows and T.P. by the Triforce leaving, but doesn't Ganondorf die in W.W.? The Triforce left him when he put it together and he turned to stone with the M.S.

  • Um.....some of it may be wrong

  • The only thing I take issue with, is that Ganon is in A link to the Past, but its human form, Ganondorf, dies in Twilight Princess. Explain?

  • @IPyropheusI The Ganon in A Link to the Past is a new Ganon, different from Ganondorf in Twilight Princess and OoT.

  • Hold up, the sages became the sages in the WW split, not the Majora split, because those events never happened.

The sages bare the symbols of the medalions of each sage from oot, so how can twilight take place within the child time line where the sages do not exist there?

  • @windkai But that is exactly the point. You see, since the seven sages were only awakened in the adult timeline, the sages do not exist in the opposite. Instead, we get the seven wise-men and they act as the sages in this timeline while replacing the other "true" sages since Link never awakened their sage-hood when he was a child. The emblems only represent which sage they replace in the Gerudo Desert and each of them replace their roles. If they were the adult sages then they wouldlooklikethem

  • I like your timeline. The movement of the original 8 bit titles to the adult side of the timeline made perfect sense, except for one CRITICAL detail. The triforce is in both 8 bit titles, and both times, they are used. However, at the end of WW, the king of Hyrule uses the triforce to wash away the first hyrule, and it is unknown what happens to the triforce at the end of WW. just food for thought.

    great video series

  • makes a hole lot sence but heres something new skyward sword witch we all now that take place before OoT , because it the game where the master sword is created and all.

  • @DarkChaos559 Link's sword (skyword sword) somehow becomes the master sword if you look at it's detail. :D

  • @GaleStromProductions yes but how will it affect lans timeline theiry

  • @DarkChaos559 It might not affect this theory but it will certainly cause updates. But of coarse we must wait and see for ourselves! That Link must have placed it in the temple of time for some reason. I know this because when you first see the master sword in OoT navi says it's the LEGENDARY sword (caps isn't yelling just emphasis) so someone in the past must have used it. Just elaborating on my theory about ss

  • when you said that ganondorf died in twilight princess he was killed with the master sword, but you said that he can only be killed with the silver arrows. EXPLAIN

  • @theultrachicken He could only be killed with the Silver Arrows IF he had the Triforce of Power. If I remember correctly, he wasn't going to die, but then the Triforce left him and he did. All the times Ganon/Ganondorf was killed with the Silver Arrows, it was when he had a piece of/the Triforce.

  • The best theory I know and use for Ganondorf having the Triforce in TP is that Ganondorf still had it on the right side of the timeline as well.

Then once Ganondoft was killed in Wind Waker, he lost it, so he also lost it in Twilight Princess.

This happens because the triforce exists outside of time, being from the sacred realm and all.

  • (Part 2)

after ST? Also remember that the Triforce disappears during the end of WW. How could the characters on the NES games just happened to have found them and even remember what the are exactly since only about 4 people remembered it in WW. And also remember not much of the outside of Hyrule in other games like OoT and TP are shown (except Termina) so they also could be surrounded by oceans.

  • yeah i don't believe that the nes games are after spirit tracks, but they're put there for two reasons

1.since the silver arrows are supposedly the only way to eliminate ganon, and that only happened twice in the series, then it would make sense for it to happen once in two dimensions

2.the towns in zelda 2 were named after the sages which were awakened in ocarina's adult ending

  • @backupcop People in Wind Waker- Spirit Tracks had no idea of the sages or even Hyrule except for a individuals. Also their names were never mentioned at all if I recall correctly.

  • i know, thats something that both did and never did make sense to me

it would make sense for zelda 2 to be in the adult line cause of the towns and sages, but if a majority of people never even knew they existed . . . . you know

  • I think the first 3 games are actually non-canon in my opinion. Also how can Zelda and Zelda II come after Spirit Tracks? The Ganon in Oot and in the NES titles could be the same instead of two different Ganons. Ganon is a demon and since he wasn't killed in Oot and isn't actually present in Wind Waker so he could have left Ganondorf's body to be safe. Something that supports this is that in WW Ganondorf never turns into Ganon and he even dies at the end of WW. So how then can the NES games be

  • OoT and link to the past Ganons can't be different. A link to the Past clearly states that he was a king of thieves (the Gerudos) and was sealed away by the sages! This also means that A Link to the Past must fall on the adult timeline, because it references the end of ocarina of time when the sages sealed him, which never happened in the child timeline, because Link sealed him as an adult.

  • (Part 2)

You said that you believed that instead of traveling through time, that Link was actually traveling to the sacred realm. This theory evolved then. You looked at something a different way. Is there something so wrong with the way the maps change that it couldn't mean anything? I am honestly confused by this...Are you just dismissing it? Is there a huge hole in that theory? I honestly don't see any problem with it...With the knowledge I currently have.

  • You have a problem with your old theory about the maps? Or the fact that you even believed that the maps changing was significant at all? I find this strange, mostly because I still find the maps interesting. In the grand scheme of things at least. I've lately been looking at the maps more closely and noting their differences...And honestly I thought you were on to something when I heard that theory. (Continued in part 2.)

  • Just a thought, it's possible that the original link was eventually killed and gannon revived at some point. Just a thought.

  • but it is plausible

  • you just got it wrong

  • In Zelda II Zelda's brother, the prince, made it known for all daughters of the royal family to be named Zelda, after his sister who was placed asleep by the dark wizard he hired to get her to tell him where the triforce was hidden. The towns were named after the leaders of each race, not just sages. Remember how Mido claimed himself the leader of the Kikori when he was being a jerk to Link for being different? He acted as if he was the leader of the children of the forest.

  • In wind waker, ganondorf was turned to stone and was cast under water by the king of hyrule after his wish on the triforce. There is nothing to prove or disprove whether that "killed" him or not, therefore it cannot be said that the original Zelda games come after spirit tracks without more evidence. You also stated that there are only two ganons throughout the entire series. Does that mean that the ganon in wind waker and twilight princess are the same one? Because they seem very similar.

  • @KoopaMan42 The Ganondorfs you see in Twilight Princess and Wind Waker are the same Ganondorf from Ocarina of Time, just on different sides of the timeline.

  • Link has the Triforce in Twilight Princess because it was passed down since he is a descendant from the OOT Link. Zelda also has a piece of the Triforce since she is obviously a descendant of the past Zelda. Durrrrrrr

  • As to why Link has the Triforce of Courage when he returns to the past at the end of the game- it's not because he's "overloaded with courage" and the other Triforces found their people. The Triforce has to be touched. Ganondorf touched it, it split. The only way your speculation could work is if Link decided to screw with everyone and touch the Triforce. The Sages in TP said it was a "divine prank." Zelda said she was "granted special powers by the goddess." I'd call that divine intervention.

  • I also have a theory about the difference with the artistic style. It also has to do with the 'theme' of the game, like Twilight Princess, did it not seem more 'dark' then Oot and all the other games?

  • HyruleKing12988 maybe he was even held prisoner in hyrule castle´s dungeon for a time after being executed and might have grown his beard then

  • im sorry, i just play the game....

  • You really thought this through havent you?

  • Another thing about Ganondorf's facial hair... What's to say Ganondorf didn't grow a beard between his first appearance in OoT to his execution shown in TP?

  • Comment removed

  • I'm 100% convinced thus far. But only THUS far (next year we may get 2 wrenches in the works LOL).

  • Have you ever thought that maybe the trident of power acts as a sheild in link to the past, which is why he is alive in the original of legend of zelda and doesn't have the trident in said game?

  • the only reason Impa was't a town because there is already a character named Impa.

  • That's actually very interesting, if frustrating, considering the (possibly outdated) word of God originally linking the first three games together. Recently, I assumed nothing we've seen so far could come after Spirit Tracks, given the technological revolution going on in New Hyrule. Of course, if Ganon were to return and destroy the kingdom Link and Tetra built, then I suppose all that technology would be lost with it. It would take genocide to eliminate the knowledge, though.

  • ...the Trident of Power. If LoZ is on the opposite side of the timeline, how was he turned into his beast form? (btw, I just noticed that I spelled Ganon as Gamom in my previous comment... oops, and "that" became "the" I'm typing waaayyyy too fast

    !)

  • Wasn't the Triforce in the 8-bit games already split before Ganon ever tried to steal it? Maybe his soul at the time of LoZ was balanced and able to wield the full triforce, but prior to him stealing the triforce of power it had been split by someone else, and not him, meaning that it may be possible that he is the same Ganon from ALttP, but a reincarnation of the Ganon from ALttP. Further evidence of this is that it was stated in FSA the Gamom was turned into the beast form because he stole...

  • Ok am I the only noticing OoT names in the mad for Zelda II? Nabooru, Saria, Darunia, Ruto, Even Mido? Coincidence?

  • @KyzerAqueron Ya I noticed that too. That's why I think it makes sense to put AoL on the adult timeline.

  • @KyzerAqueron I thought that was obvious. They named the OoT characters after Zelda II towns, whether for story, easter egg, or both. Or just because that's what Nintendo does with Zelda.

  • @KyzerAqueron yeah I noticed that too

  • @KyzerAqueron He mentions that at the end of the video dude...

  • Comment removed

  • @KyzerAqueron Dude, he actually mentions that in the video!

  • @KyzerAqueron no..

  • Also, perhaps he may be spending seven years IN the Sacred Realm, then returning?

  • shouldnt the original 8 bit games go between spirit tracks and phantom hourglass, there are no tracks in the 8 bits

  • @Chmorto1 Since the rest of the new Hyrule was destroyed, it could be implied that the tracks were destroyed too.

  • Have you taken into consideration that some of the facts based on dialogue quotes and such, may be a little off, if it had been translated from Japanese to English poorly, or wrong?

  • have you been spending ur whole life researching this? awesome!

  • My head hurts...

  • @XelaBH Ya you're going to have to get used to it

  • AUTISM!

  • Am I the only one that thinks the mask of the sage Ganondorf killed in twilight princess look like the heroes' charm from wind waker?

  • "Seven wise men" was a typical mistranslation in the SNES days. That's why they changed to to Seven Sages in the localization of the GBA remake.

  • well you have a good timeline but i have one question at the end of WW Gannondorf is killed by the master sword and get crushed by the sea so how is there another ganon for the 8bit titles

  • @TheGoodman13 New reincarnation?

  • @TheGoodman13 Actually he was sealed by being turned to stone. Its perfectly possible that someone worthy of wielding the Master pulled it out of Ganondorf's head by accident thus freeing him.

  • @Lancun The only problem I have for Zelda and Zelda II being on the right side after ST is the fact that the Triforce was never mentioned in PH or ST after WW. I find it hard that the Triforce somehow made it's comback, when it's clear that in ST that they have no clue about any Triforce (though there is a treasure piece with the Triforce on it, it's not important to the characters). I think the FS games should be at the end of the right side while Zelda 1 and 2 are at the end of the left.

  • so wouldn't you say since the people of spirit tracks don't know about the triforce, then maybe minish cap can go after spirit tracks

  • @backupcop Well, yeah. When I said "FS games" I meant to include Minish Cap as well.

  • The were pictures of the sages in the castle of hyrule where u get the master sword in the wind waker

  • you say civilized in the 8 bit games on accident O.O

  • I think that the "Original Zelda" in Zelda 2 could very easily be the original Zelda in the New Hyrule that's shown in Spirit Tracks. Spirit Tracks seems extremely insignificant in the timeline, but if it does come before the original two Zelda games and in the same timeline, it could possibly be Nintendo's way of bridging the gap with the "Original Zelda".

  • @TheoreticChaos In my theory the original zelda is not in zelda 2 but that is just an ansector the original zelda/sage is locked within the syriam sword given to the one and only link (confirmed to be the only link) the syriam sword is indeed to be the master sword link was either trapped within the twilight and was awoken by the sword whenever there is corruption in hyrule or was jolted through time by the sword.Link is actually a skyriam/sky person not a hyrulian

  • Boy, going back in time multiple times must have really messed with Links head lol.

  • Even if the knowledge of the Seven Sages was lost, where does Tetra hang out for about half of the game? A room with all of the sages decorating the walls, what else would she be able to do in there then look at the stain glass windows? Hence why in the new Hyrule she knew about the Seven Sages to name towns after them.

  • the triforce of courage isnt given to link each link is born with the triforce of courage

  • Hyrule Palace is on an island, like in WW

  • 6:43! Look! Right next to Death Mountain! That's Spectacle rock! That MIGHT mean that Lttp and WW share a connection! True it could have been there in Oot and gone both ways, oh wait... I just remembered that Dragon Roost Island (Death mountain and hom of the Rito, former Zora's) and Spectacle island are on other sides of the map, oh well, just disregard this if you wish.

  • It seems that the Ganandorf(human) is killed by the master sword while ganon(beast) is killed by the silver arrows

  • hold on you said the master sword DOS'NT have a history of killing ganondarf only stunning him. if so how come he "died" in twilight princess when link finnished him with the master sword and why does the triforce of power leave him.

  • @LinkofLegends Well yeah, the Master Sword only kills Ganondorf once (In TTp). It doesn't have a history of killing him multiple times (hense the word History) Other times it seals hime away and he releases himself or gets out one way or another and the process is done again.

  • @xramengrlx but history can be a short as a few seconds, time has passed so its history

  • Ganon dies 5 times during the series:

    Hyrule A -

Twilight Princess: Original Ganondorf dies after losing his triforce piece. (Why? Who knows...)

A Link To The Past: Ganondorf Dragmire gets killed by silver arrows.

Oracle games: Ganon gets resurrected but dies soon after.

    Hyrule B -

Wind Waker: He forms the complete triforce, the triforce flies away, and he gets killed.

Zelda: Some Gannon from nowhere comes along and gets killed by silver arrows.

I don't think his minions could undo petrification

  • I also might add that im almost sure that ganons exicution takes place in the childhood in OOT becuase when Zelda sends link back to live his chiheldhood link warns Zelda about ganon, so he is sent to be executed, since only the mastersword can kill him he only ends up in the twilight realm right>??

  • What I do not understand is how 2 worlds are created. Sure Link goes 7 years into the future but life still goes on without him, hes just not there. How is another world really created. Time doesnt even nessicarily skip, hes just somehwere else. I really want to know how 2 worlds are created, ive seen many timelines and its not clear to me. Please PM me explaining this, youd be a life saver.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 Fair enough. just proves neither of us can ever be right lol

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 point made. although it is not said how far apart spirit tracks and zelda 1 are in time. thus it can be argued that zelda 1 is much further in the future and something happed during the time discrepancy. I admit though its a stretch.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 that argument is only valid for zelda 2 as it has a actual ppl in it. Zelda 1 is in a destroyed ruined part of hyrule and thus would not have random tech in it. As for zelda 2, if italy was wiped off the face of the earth, then ya, they kind of have to start from scatch. Such as, mining ore, cutting lumber, making tools for said activites and the like. It can easily be argued they are in the stages of redevelopment.

  • The same Ganon(dorf) appears in OoT, TP, and ALttP. In OoT (In the child timeline) he is arrested for plots against the king. So years later he is about to be executed in TP in the desert but his triforce kicks in and he breaks his chains, only to be imprisoned in the Twilight Realm. At the end if TP, he is killed by Link and is resurrected by Agahnim in A Link to the Past.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 not so, zeldas 1 and 2 could happen because they are clearly the lost land of hyrule, not new hyrule. Thus it was destroyed/in ruins making it possible for all tech to be gone as well

  • If you look closely at link's hand before entering the twilight, the triforce is already there, although not shining.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 It might be possible that Zelda I and Zelda II take place between Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks. Zelda I and Zelda II might possibly be the establishment of New Hyrule or the 100 year gap between the two games.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 You have a good point there. You would think that Spirit Tracks would take place at the end due to the fact that Spirit Tracks is the most technologically advanced version of Hyrule.

  • the master sword kills ganon in tp doesnt it

  • and please reply to the comment so i can get ur stand point on this idea

  • hey bro i agree with you 100% and here's one fact that will help prove the whole 2 ganondorf thing. In OoT when ur in the gruedo desert one of the people that u speak too states that their people only give birth to grils but once every 100 years one male is born so inthis case if the original ganondorf is killed and more than 100 years seperates the original ganon and the new one then it fits perfectly because the only other deviation would be a similarity in name but that happens alot anyway.

  • parallel realities that´s the answer

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 while I do agree, In Zelda 1, they aren't in New Hyrule. Perhaps on the other side of the mountain the technology isn't as good (i.e. Saudi Arabia<U.S.A) I'm not trying to be a nationalist here but it's true. And transportation probably doesn't reach the other side of the mountains due to hazards. That's just my theory

  • In Twilight Princess,

when he was granted the clothes at the first time' the spirit said that the clothes belonged to a hero from (I forgot) a few hundred years I think

  • maybe its a legend in a legend in a legend and so on and so forth.....

  • but y doesnt train tracks go after first two zeldas

  • the sages are direct descendants of the wise men

  • Twilight Princess Link already had the triforce of courage when you first start the game. Before he was taken into the twilight realm. I first noticed this when I called down the hawk to get the monkey.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 Calm down dude. Its a theory, it doesn't have to be right. I'm only making an inference on whats in the games. Zelda 1 and 2 have the best fit where they are. Maybe the move between New and Old Hyrule is really recent, and engineers haven't started construction yet. Maybe the princess of Zelda II isn't the very first ever, but the first of the a new kingdom or dynasty. Its just an idea, don't feel so insulted.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 Well, official statements are generally taken with a grain of salt. They are subject to change VERY often, so they are disregarded. Also, the trains in Spirit Tracks are used on magical rails that were there before the settlers arrived in New Hyrule. That made it easier for the tech to advance. When they moved back to Old Hyrule, there were no rails there, making it more difficult to start a rail system again, despite as you said, having the knowledge on how to make trains

  • @shayaan2354 -continue- Now, in Wind Waker, we see that Hyrule still exists under the waves. Hyrule Castle is preserved, trapped in time. The princess is probably in a chamber that we can't visit. During the ending, the water crashes down, but we see that the castle is still there. He wished for hope, so it could be said that the castle is preserved. Alternatively, the princess could have been saved by Tetra's family. They managed to save the Triforce, so they could have saved the princesss, too

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 -Continued- In Zelda 1, only a few people exist in the kingdom. This explains why New Hyrule has so many citizens; MOST people went with Link and Tetra, a few stayed, later forming the kingdom in Zelda 2. In Zelda 2, there are many citizens present. So, the people in New Hyrule quickly left to return to there original land. They haven't had enough time to bring their trains from New Hyrule to the Hyrule in Zelda 2.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 Well, New Hyrule is a different location than the original is. Maybe, the two exist concurrently. After Wind Waker, you only see Link and Tetra go on a search for a new land. Link's grandma, Aryll, and the rest of the NPCs are still in the flooded remains of the Hyrule from OoT. With that in mind, when Link and Tetra established their new kingdom in New Hyrule, some survivors went with them, and some stayed, eventually forming the Hyrule in Zelda 2.

  • there all parallel. All in all the more Zelda games the better right? or wrong?

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 if you dont mind me saying, was it really technology and if you think about it could they even use them? as lan said its to excersice each engine, if you had a larger map for more sea in zelda 1 and such then yes there would be a boat, also remember that with the doom lord evil train guy fully sealed away the spirit tracks had no real need to exist so they probally started to just fade in with everything else and they didnt need to get renewed

  • You have a very huge flaw. In AoL that's the FIRST AND ORIGINAL Zelda in a sleeping spell. How could she have been there if she was in there for a very long time??

  • what game is that map from that you show throughout the video?

  • That doesn't make sense, ganon is killed by the silver arrows yes, but if thats true wouldn't that make LTTP in the same time line as LoZ and AoL, because LoZ introduces the silver arrows as well.

  • 1:21 ....dude.... rest in peace... madebyshady

  • but what caused the flood? .... wen link was sent back in time after defeating ganondorf, it caused the split timeline. one link goes to termina, the other stays to defeat ganondorf, after whoch HE becomes termina link. but after repeating the cycle of defeating ganondorf -> split -> termina,... ganondorf experiences some sort of 'deja-vu' and knows exactly wat link will do. so eventually he defeats link, and in a reign of terror, he caused the flood. 0.o

  • @cheetofacedon dude the gods caused the flood to trap ganon in hyrule

  • @smashbrospros1234 really it's that simple? lol well i was just "speculating" XD

  • wouldn't they be after spirit tracks i mean gannondorf is dead, there's very little water it the area' the only thing there doing is trying to take over the world with an evil train i think only that part is wrong and everything else is right

  • maybe the original zelda from zelda 2 is tetra

  • the only question I have is about the trains. If the original zeldas are indeed after spirit tracks, then where did the trains and tracks go. Unless Spirits Tracks new Hyrule and the Hyrule that is being uncovered are different places.

  • I don't think the 8-bit games could possibly come after spirit tracks. For one the abandenment of their technology plus the fact of the original Zelda. The original Hyrule has been flooded for quite awhile now so why would the new Hyrule have the original Zelda

  • I totally agree at 2:20 i was playing wind waker the other day and my friends said that this was a completely different game because of the graphics which is completely wrong

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 maybe some catasthrophy made them lose that technology and its just not made a game that tells about it yet.

  • When it comes to the facial hair that Ganon has in TP, it could very well be he grew it not long after he was found out to be plotting against Hyrule. He could have been on the run, and grew the hair during that time period. At least I think so.

  • Silver arrow are bad ass!!

  • the only time a link has ventured out side of Hyrule is majroas mask link goes to tamrial

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13

Well... seeing as the personal firearm was invented nearly 200 years before the steam train, we can easily assume that New Hyrule follows different rules. Obviously their development path is extremely skewed from ours, perhaps due to the prevalence and usefulness of magic in Hyrule.

  • i don' t want to worry you or anything, but what about minsh cap?

  • @superpeach27 My theory is that the minish cap comes before the events of OoT but whats wrong with that is that link is clearly an adult in the game because of that skirt thing he wears. but again he has his cap in all other games becides the begining of minish cap... so its just doesn't fit in with the story line. well maby its a small side story.

  • I thought the Ganondorf killed in TP was the OoT Ganondorf who never made it to the sacred realm so his actions forged a new outcome for himself. Another thing which is a little strange is Wind Waker's intro to Majora's Mask's end. Where the former suggests by Link leaving Hyrule the Triforce of courage left him and Ganondorf was released due to the imbalance. Meanwhile the latter leaves it very ambigious if the Hero of Time was even able to leave Termina, let alone he actually did.

  • @lancun do u think tht ganon could possibly travel time or have some powrr like tht. also, do u think those songs form oot and tp on the howl stones are like ancient sheikah songs tht are always there including ballad of gales

  • i have watch this video like 5 time right ok if ganon get his tri force of power in tp i seen in one of your vids where you said that at the end of oot link went back to tell zelda that ganon was going to take our the land the the sages went to kill him if that is the case then tp had to take place at the same time as mm or short after think about it y would they wait so long to kill him if they knew what he was going to do i mean would they wait years to kill him off link would have to a kid

  • Wait, if Ganon was turned to stone at the end of wind waker, how come he's back again in zelda 1?

  • So you are practically saying that there are different Ganondorfs? Just like Link, and Zelda? fill me in I am lost.....O_O

  • I know that it's kinda late but i have one problem with the adult time-line. I don't think that spirit tracks should come right after phantom hourglass, it's about 100 years or so later and they have the trains, technology far more advanced than the original 2 Zelda games. I think spirit tracks should go last and just bump up 1 and 2, but other than that your time-line seems flawless.

  • Lancun, I have observed that the places are named after the important characters of Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. Mido, Ruto, Saria, Nabooru, and Darunia should sound familiar especially to those who played Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. I believed that the places in LoZAoL are named after the characters from LoZOoT.

  • wow...this makes so much sense

  • The thing is, that in a zelda game I can't remember if it is majora's mask or wind waker, they clearly say that since link was separated from the things that made him the hero of time, which is the master sword and the piece of Triforce, he was no longer one or somehing. I KNOW they said that somewhere!

  • Lan, love the theories. One thing I've thought of is the Triforce itself. Think of how it's been possessed. OoT & TP suggest that it is a non-physical item each character has within them. LttP, LoZ, and AoL each have the Triforce as a tangible thing. LttP has to be after TP because it's whole again, something that had to happen after Ganon's death in TP. Perhaps the Triforce is whole in the Sacred Realm yet has different bearers in Hyrule throughout time. That's without considering the split.

  • I have a question about your theory as it pertains certain landmarks. It's more of an assumption really, but it seems that you assume that Dragon Roost Island and Death Mountain aren't the same place, is that the case?

  • @CMackthe3rd I only mention this because it would be unnatural for a place to be called one thing then another and then back to the same name (as you put the original 8-bit games after WW)

  • I've Quited Seing This

  • My guess is that the six sages in TP are the 6 sages you have to awaken in OoT. (not counting Zelda who is alive) and Ganondorf kills Ruto because the symbol on its robes was the water symbol.

  • I have not played every single zelda game but I have played through ooT the wind waker twilight princess and the Majora's mask I have read and understood about the NES ans SNES games but can't really judge them in the time line this is what I believe happens and why is so confusing. First the fact that the past changes the future its only a reference used in the movie back 2 the future. However this might not be true as DBZ introduces a difference that changing the past does not affect d future

  • link is a basterd he stabs cannon in the head every time

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 it seems lancun doesn't appreciate you making a timeline seeing as he removed the comment. I agree though with your pace of tech development. I noticed a trend also that miyamoto starts off with hyrule revolves around magic but slowly magic is replaced with technology. so you can place games with that in mind as well.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 i know that they know the correct timeline but what about the eight bit games which is the reason you poste the comment in the first place. wind waker isn't colonial. people climbed to mountain tops. No one species went out to conquer anywhere. Phantom hourglass would be colonial. I'm starting to see your point more and more though, make a timeline video.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 well i guess there will be a game that explains all this but what you're saying makes sense. I'm analyzing it from the perspective that the average hylian is stupid and that without being graced by the Gods are useless, whereas you're looking at it from a historical point of view and that man/hylians can overcome problems.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 you're forgetting that this is zelda there HAS to be a hero. Don't think of it as though it's our history this is zelda.

  • @SUPERMARIOBROTHERS13 good point... wowi'll try and stick up for lancun here. If a demon tried to destroy your tech would you continue using it?
