Car culture is deeply ingrained here. Most people simply don't know that there are better alternative to car-based cities. It'll take decades for things to change significantly. But cities like Montreal and Portland have gotten off to a good start!
@gepinniw204 yeah im from central Oregon its pretty good here but we still have a lot of riders and drivers that don't know or follow the rules... sad
