If FoF is lagging either your pc can't run it (i.e. the specs are too low) or you have a dual core / 2 physical processors and are trying to run the game over both. If the latter is true, try this: run FoF, open task manager and find fretsonfire.exe, right click it and set affiliation to only 1 processor

This isn't the GH mod. The only mods I'm using are the RF Mod, Hering mod and some custom keys/notes :)
