Mr. Kawakami has recently released a CD containing this piece. It is called カプースチン:室内楽作品集(1) and is available on Amazon Japan. However, it is not played with Mr. Nakanishi, but with Yukari Kawakami (his wife, I think...).

@flamingspinach While Mr. Kawakami plays with Yukari Kawakami on the Sonfonietta, for the Manteca paraphrase both parts on this track of the CD are played by Mr. Kawakami (overdubbed.)

I already got my copy! I'll probably make a MIDI out of it to hear what it sounds like. It seems that the video owner won't the rest, and I would love to hear it before playing it with someone. It's a tricky but awesome piece!

La version de (Michel) Camilo esta mas o menos... aun asi esta mejor que los chinitos... el Jazz latino necesita "asuca!" (como decia do~na Celia).
