Why don't you give him an argument to show that legalizing marijuana will help the economy. People who want to buy marijuana, already found a way to buy it. People who want to smoke marijuana, already know where to find their source. Legalizing marijuana will only make it easier to smoke it in public and not have to worry about the cops. I'm not against legalizing marijuana at all, in fact, I'm for it, but legalizing marijuana is not going to help the economy.
