New Castle has always been backwards, but it's worse now that Wal-Mart took over the business sector. You can't be gainfully employed in New Castle, and moreover it's caused the "Hillbilly Heroin" problem to increase tenfold. Sad place.
ok i live in new caslte and go to NCMS and it is the worst city ever, it is so boring and it"s theater has only one movie instead of like 30. but it is my city and i love it.
I've been down this street before. I was in New Castle in 2006.
