The reason why c63 able to tail the gallardo is because they're both stock. Gallardo's really a goner w/out tuning even the mighty supperleggera. But give them at least $20k for their pocket im sure the outcome will be a farcry. I've seen and race a tt gallardo SL somewhere in anaheim and it was almost too much for my fq300. It was diabolic and stunning. I have nothing against the c63 amg coz my dad owns one but for me it's a car worth a trip to Kmart. You know what i mean. Luxury sedan.

A C63 isn't a rival to the Gallardo in stock form regardless in how many possible ways you would like to think about. A reasonable race would have been like the Bullit or the Rocket as he had said. Both of which cars would then be built for PERFORMANCE. And even then, both cars are 4 door family cars vs a 2 door sports car.. Even then, it still doesn't make any sense to compare them. I love my C63 the way it is, I could care less if a Lambo could beat me.

Nice video. Interesting comparison. That Merc is realy impressive. C&D managed 3.9seconds to 60mph in 2007! Also a factory AMG power upgrade recently became available giving the car 487 hp which is closer to the AMG E63 (518bhp)class with essentially the same engine.

hey no problem i just saw a video on the new e63 before this video. by the gear changer it has a row of buttons and one is an "AMG" button. It puts the car in the sportiest settings i.e. suspension, transmission, etc. I hope that helps
