If he just started it up yeh. Its more likely to happen with cold engine and cold air (makes it more likely for water to not become vapor). Water is simply oxygen mixing with remnants (dihydrogen) of the fuel burn.. if its always like that it could be an issue.. Water is a normal product of a complete burn tho.

Big blocks are good and well, but this was probably the best set up for the already nose-heavy E-body: The lightweight 340 small block with that smooth pistol-grip shifter.

My favorite year of 'Cuda, very nice one you had there. So incredibly gorgeous, and unfortunately rare. The Golden Age of Mopar in my opinion was from 1968-72. The only thing I can't decide which is my favorite though, the '70 Superbird, '70 Superbee, or '71 Cuda. I do know one thing, I'd go to hell and back to experience an awesome age like that in my lifetime.

I have the same palnt in a 70 duster with around the same size cam. What mufflers are you running?? I imagine they are Flowmasters, but if you could tell me the series it would be great. I have the "10" series delta force Flowmasters on it now & its so loud, it might as well be open hedders. Yours sounds real nice also!

I'm a big mopar guy, and I love big blocks, but a 340 is a great engine.  I had a 70 340 duster, and it was one of my most favorite cars. If you have never driven, a good running 340, I suggest you do.

Well I didn't restore it and the car was all #'s matching which is worth more than a 440 or hemi clone. My red convertible was a 440 clone. And my current challenger is going to be either a 440 or a 6.1L Hemi.
