In all this game, the devil is the victim, is the scapegoat, will be accused of everything because the GOD don’t want any rivals. Conclusion: live at the full in the freedom of GOD (praying in a right form, following the INSTRUCTIONS in the Bible - keeping the 10 commandments - including keeping the Saturday as the 7th day etc.) instead of in the incapacity and limited power of devil because he is just a temporary puppet. Jesus Christ is our savior and our hope!
That's very sad. R.I.P. to all adults that passed away on that sad day, September 11, 2001. Let us never forget what had happened on that day. Let us all pray together.
Now having said that...I love Tori Amos, but I find her lyrics so muddled and unclear it boggles my mind. It's almost as if she sings in a daydream full of emotion with no clear focus! The lyrics and approach to this song fustrate me so much. It's so ambiguous, like most of Tori's lyrics, but really should be clear considering the theme! But for some reason or another I relate this song to that day, this war, and especially when they finally killed the Boogey Man!
@DRUNKENRAMBLE It wouldn't be authentic Tori if we understood each and every aspect of her lyrics. That's what keeps them precious to her. She doesn't always want to show the exact meaning of the songs like she did way back when with Little Earthquakes. Plus, pulling this song out is just a snippet of the entire concept album of the on-going story of Scarlet's Walk.
I love America, I was raised in NY, and I love Tori Amos. AMERICA...we didn't have to sacrifice another drop of our blood to avenge this unjust attack thanx to our military might...FACT!!!! NY...I used to love lower Manhattan, the mall under WTC, dreaming about Wall Street and all it's Possibilities and Most of all the museum at the top of the WTC and lookn at the craters on the moon thru the quarter binoculars. Beautiful video. As I watched horrified, with the world, on TV, the sanctuary of my teens collapsed, and my old haunts went up in fireballs, and in the midst of all my shock, I had one question:
~ How many brown people are going to die for George Bush's vengeance?
I am a New Yorker. Until that day, most people in the USA did not consider NYC to be part of 'America'. It was our tragedy, not the Heartland's.
Our tragedy is still an international, endless death-march. Peace, please?

@azswirlgirl I can imagine what a huge emotion explosion it would be, actually experiencing THE 9/11-attacks. Seeing those towers get hit by planes and just exploding. People running around, not knowing what is going on. This is a historically very important event. Sure, it's horrible, but being there sure would be exciting as hell.
These terrorist comited a suicidal attack on America. I live in NYC. I don't think that I was here at the time. I was in my dad's country. I guess that 9/11 happened when I was not here in New York City! I hope that they finish the Freedom Tower and that the FT stands strong for us all and will give us all freedom from terrorism. I also hope that our soilders come back here to the United States of America safe! I wonder if they will ever find Osama bin Laden. Would they?!? R.I.P to all!!
i just dont know while people would do this, what is the point in the terroists, cant they jsut get on with there own lifes. I hate them. Nice tribute
The title "I can't see New York" says it all. New York will never look the way it should. Unless the towers are rebuilt, Osama will have won. Thank you for this moving trubute.
it makes me sick to watch this, so much horror and yet I'm sick. I'm sick of realizing the desperation in people of all nations, Conspiracy theory aside it is becoming more noticeable the condition of the world economic situation and the US role in the mess of money they've (we've) made. Still it takes your breath away to see the repercussions.
My Heart goes out to those that suffered such a horrific death. The panic must of been unbearable. Your brain can't possibly comprehend whats happening. Lets hope Obama finds Peace for the World. We All have to share it!
i feel SOOO SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR LOVED ONES!!! ='( My friends father was in one of the buildings and hes always crying on this day and i feel sooo bad!!! R.I.P<3
It's just so powerful picture. I mean I don't even live in Usa. I have nothing more to do with those people there. But I'm crying. It's more that 7 years ago now.
Imagine yourself trapped on those towers. You're cut off and the flame is stinging your eyes. Everything is happening and you have no control whatsoever. But jumping outside, away from the flames, into the clear blue sky, may have been the only choice that those people had. Would you die in a burning hell hole? Or would you give it all for the last 10 seconds of your life flying?
It is nice to put it that way. I think that they chose to jump, because burning was more painful and took much longer. They kind of knew they will die anyway.:(
That was the question I and many others faced that day. I still to this day have the News cast and footage saved on my TV, just so I never forget those heros and inocsent people who died on that tragic day. God Bless all those who where killed, injured or lost a one love on that tracgic day.
rest in peace everyone who went throo this and passed away, the people who done this and ruind thousands of peoples lives and took them away from there familys i hope you suffer, rest in peace everyone else, xxxx
What a nice, respectful video. I liked it and the music goes well with it. Very upsetting though, the ammount of people killed on that day just makes me want to kill the b*****ds who did it and not care that I might just get thrown in prison. . . .btw I like MixJauert's little poem its cute :)
it makes no sense how we get a day off to celebrate the great and late Martin Luther King Jr, or the presidents, yet we have no day to commemorate 9/11.
we do nothing to remember it, we say nothing about it. and 9/11 is a day that we should never EVER forget.
Well we do something. Just nothing big like making it a holiday. But yes we should. Maybe Obama will! Maybe there is a reason Bush didn't. But you are so right it should be a holiday.
To think that all those people who jumped from the windows were just ordinary office workers... I would never have the courage to do that. Everyone who died has a different story. Imagine if your mother or father went to work one day in a simple office job and never came back because they had seen a plane fly into the side of their workplace and been forced to decide whether or not to leap or burn to death. So tragic... excellent song
hey i must cry when i read your text and in background this song played.....my uncle is died there. It was the most shit day in my life:(
When you are home and your uncle is working thousands miles away and you thing in 6 months he comes to germany visiting me..and then there are in all channels ov TV news about it. What do you thing? How you are feeling?
I am sorry for your loss. Your Uncle's Death will never be forgotten. Find peace in the rage. Do not add to the chaos. Pray for those whom did this for when they pass they will have to meet their maker and face final judgement.
yeah my mom and her friend were supposed to be their tht day but my mom said 2 her friend can u take the kids to school today? meanin me and my brother..that took 20 minutes and when she got off the train she only saw smoke imagine what thos 20 minutes would have done? i was only 3 and i remember it so well such a sad day
I wonder what happened to the woman in the bright pink blouse casually walking holding a cup of coffee as the videographer is running for his life past her.
This was a great tribute and a great video for one of Tori's most heart-felt songs. Great job and my heart still goes out to the families of those who passed on that tragic day.
i remember the day this happend i was in 4th grade and during class everyone was getting called to the office to go home and we all had no idea what was going on until we actually got home. i remember i had to go pick up my sister from school and her school was a few blocks away from the twin towers. my bus drivers daughter died on the 100 floor of the first building. r.i.p everyone
This isn't and shouldn't be a laughing matter. Regardless of our opinions on what may or may not have happened, we should just acknowledge this video as an amazing tribute to a horrific day. Some people really just need to show a little more respect.
Those pictures are really terrifying indeed, especially the ones from people jumping from the towers, really sad.But you also have to see pictures of people after american bombingS in vietnam serbia iraq ...REALLY HORRIBLE!!
@mafaldacrumbwitty When the time came to choose, to accept the death they were brought the flame, the cracking steel, the air consumed, There were some who refused they would not stay, caught to burn, be crushed, asphyxiate entombed. They made their own deaths into on final act of freedom. They made their deaths into one last gasp of liberty. They made their own deaths. They flew down, as their souls flew up above the smoke. - 14 Sept 2001 by a New Yorker (then in Denver)
my brother was in mew york he was talking to my unce he lokked at the win towers (he was 4 at the time) he said "uncle were are the bildings?" my uncle told us to run as fast as we could we went to the hotel the second plane came. we cried.
I was at the bottom level when the first plane hit I ran outside to morone street and watched..... I took my eye off the building for five seconds and a loud bang rang right next to me the back of my shirt was covered in blood I looked at the body next to me and it was my friend Tom Baskovich RIP tom.
vaildranger11, I cannot imagine what you have went through, and what you go through everyday ! I myself did not lose anyone on that day. However, I have not been the same since 9/11. My heart goes out to the victims, but the survivors and their families are the ones I pray for and hope for !
Thank you, everyone, whom have watched this video and commented; especially more than once. Thank you for sharing this video with others. This date will remain in our hearts and blood as Americans and We Will Never Forget. ~Heather~ aka AzSwirlGirl

faked videos and photos.
Aluminum planes can't just punch through steel girders and concrete floors and walls.
No way never.
All of the videos that pretend to show the plane just disappearing into the building are faked. Anyone with a working brain should know that.
It's like saying an empty beer can could punch through a brick wall.

@TheGreyDaisy I am curious, a year later, as to why?
azswirlgirl 10 months ago

Eveon10 3 years ago 12
It is nice to put it that way. I think that they chose to jump, because burning was more painful and took much longer. They kind of knew they will die anyway.:(

What a nice, respectful video. I liked it and the music goes well with it. Very upsetting though, the ammount of people killed on that day just makes me want to kill the b*****ds who did it and not care that I might just get thrown in prison. . . .btw I like MixJauert's little poem its cute :)

it makes no sense how we get a day off to celebrate the great and late Martin Luther King Jr, or the presidents, yet we have no day to commemorate 9/11.
we do nothing to remember it, we say nothing about it. and 9/11 is a day that we should never EVER forget.
patdluver524 3 years ago 10

Steinfaust1401 3 years ago 7
I am sorry for your loss. Your Uncle's Death will never be forgotten. Find peace in the rage. Do not add to the chaos. Pray for those whom did this for when they pass they will have to meet their maker and face final judgement.

This isn't and shouldn't be a laughing matter. Regardless of our opinions on what may or may not have happened, we should just acknowledge this video as an amazing tribute to a horrific day. Some people really just need to show a little more respect.
