@wattybabe Unfortunatly that little monster Tracey was found Lol, then if i remember rightly from video i've seen, a sobbing Deirdre tries to chuck herself in the canal, but in the nick of time Tracey is returned safe and sound to her by Emily and Len.
Some of the dialogue in the following episode dealing with the aftermath was a bit bland, given all the drama! Bet to Len about Alf - "He looks to be trapped!" Len - "He is bloody trapped!" Bet to Betty - "Who's that screamin'?" Betty - "I don't know..." Bet - "Well, see, love!" Alf went a bit funny and underwent a personality change, culminating in him having a go at Annie in the corner shop when she was after a tin of poncey soup (vichyssoise lol!)
@ramdomerzrule1997 Lol Deirdre would be crying even more some 20 odd years later, when she found out what real monster her then 2 year old little tot would turn into.
The interior scene in the Rovers' back room must have been shot after the accident scenes, I have the full episode on dvd and Deirdre/Anne sounds quite hoarse enthusing to Annie about the knitting pattern. Think Deirdre befriended the woman who took Tracy when they were in the hospital together, but she seemed a bit odd afterwards, a bit too keen to look after her etc. When she was taken away in a police car, Emily merely shouted after her "You wicked, wicked girl!" Not like doing it nowadays.
@FatknackerMacca I think you are correct. Interior scenes are uually filmed several weeks after exterior scenes (not just on corrie), partly for continuity reasons I imagine (if it was snowing for example and a character came through the door, theyd have snow on them, but if the interior scene had been filmed first they wouldnt be able to account for the snow). Unfortunately, where for the most part this works, it occassionally does mean the odd continuity error, as you pointed out. :)
@FatknackerMacca lol well if we have a winter like last year they really would have a job! haha its not the best time of year to do a live episode I have to say :P EastEnders narrowly missed being hampered by snow for their live episode in Feb, on the night it was clear, if it had been a day or so or a week or so either way theyd have been in difficulties I think.
@FatknackerMacca lol if it had been last year theyd have been in trouble!! haha its not the best time of year to do a live episode lol EastEnders narrowly avoided trouble with theirs, on the night it was clear but it was bad snowy weather either side of it. That was very fortunate, theyd have been in difficulties I think.
was that worth uploading? I could have got my friends to act out something more enjoyable outside my local with a pile of wood and a woman with binoculars on her face.
tracey you dont like owr tracey doo you lol tracey would be 30 now thout she was only 24 i remeber this episode thik emly come round coner wit here wat ever lol
i remember this one very well, i half expected len to come around the corner with the pram and say "ecky thump" it was lucky i decided to take the baby from the front of the pub and put her in my yard for 5 minutes

What on earth was Deirdre doing leaving a child in a pushchair outside a pub anyway? No wonder Tracy went off the rails with a mother like that.

@Feisty1967 With mother like Deirdre and father like Ray Langton yes it is no wonder.
