Yep, I can testify it is Egyptian Arabic! I knew Jahcoustix in Cairo too and was around him at the time this song was being created! He used to hang out with the locals all the time and they helped him formulate his ideas into arabic ;)

are you an arabic native speaker? cause arabic itself is just an official state, ... language; however nearly every country/ region within the arabic world has it`s own dialect - they can of course understand each other but the several dialects differ in some points.
