I know this is going to sound like blasphemy, but it would be cool to see Jeff mills on 3 midi controllers spinning in the same style --- except w/ beat sync functionality so he wouldn't spend so much time micromanaging the pitch control, and the all the tracks he dropped into the mix would all fuse [more] seamlessly.

@infinitycrops I understand your apprehension to utter such blasphemy... but I totally agree with you. To not have to be so conscientious of that, and more time to explore the relationships of the sounds through the mixer and effects... That would be ideal.

Although, to go that route, he might as well be mixing in Ableton Live, which is another layer of controversy right there.

Back in the day when he was The Wizard he cut and mixed everything! Techno, house, electrofunk, The B52's, Model 500, even POPEYE! Yeah that's right, spinach eating Popeye. It's a skill just to mix one style of music, but when you crossing genre, going from techno to funk to rock, mixing from records to t.v. to cassette and whatever else he had......
