D'après les mesures chrono Mac Ewen serait le plus rapide sprinter de tous les temps ( 82 km/h) . Cippolini n'a jamais pu atteindre une telle vitesse , mais il reste malgré tout un grand monsieur c'est sur .

Magnus: Cav was sprinting (badly, tough...) in Barcelona. It's a fact. Finished 16th. It shows that Cav is not unbeatable in sprints, ant that Thor (and Freire, and 13 others) beat him in a sprint with some degree of uphill.

I agree! Feels like we miss out on some potentially exiting bunch sprints... But Thor really ruled the Alps today, who 'd expect that??? Awesome!!! (And, after Thor, Freire is absolutely my fav too, exciting to follow, and not so posh behaviour as Boonen and Cav.) The answer is one, not zero, idiot! Barcelona. They were all there, Hushovd, Cav, Freire. Hushovd not as quick as Cav on flat sprints, but stronger. As Cav said, a sprint is a sprint even if it is a bit uphill. And Cav is NOT as strong as Hushovd, just quicker and with a much better team. How many helps Thor in his sprint? Maybe one. How many helps Cav? At least four. Thor's efforts ar of a MUCH higher standard than Cav, he deserves the green so much more!
