Ya Reyes did blunder the info about al-qaeda and Hezbollah and probably Iraq in general. But Reyes wasn't in a position to make decisions to go to war and have people's lives in his hands like Bush. Bush didn't even know there was a religious divide of Sunnis and Shi'a before starting a war. That kind of mistake and unintelligence is unforgivable.
