Found you on youtube during my searching for new friends (i have just started)
I wanna share with you my latest vid with you - History of pop in 100 piano riffs - and also includes a music quiz, so you can test your music knowledge :)
Would appreciate your feedback as im just starting out and am trying to let as many see the video as possible
always truly impressive Doc.... gorgeous. Food for the soul. Keep playin away. You really touch our lives with your gift! Your Fan for many years from Northern KY/Cincinnati
what do you mean, unwind by playing by ear? i find it so hard just to play something i've heard, i much prefer sight reading something, so i think you're pretty incredible to do that, well done
Awsome skills, but to my knowledge the last song is called "Tomorrow" as opposed to your calling it "The Sun will come out tomorrow". Keep posting, would love to hear what you play in future.

this is a great lesson of what egregiously overdone rubato sounds like. i can appreciate that you want to play with feeling, but you can't achieve that simply by creating violent tempo and volume shifts every few bars and arpeggiating every other chord. real pathos is found in subtlety, just as true love shows restraint.
dude, just let the man be, he wanted to play it that way, just let him have his peice, and instead appreciate how he blends all the songs together.
yes, maybe he has overdone it, but he had had a rough week, and was playing for his enjoyment, so there's no need to say such things. and if you want to tell him, try to be nicer about it.

@guitarsjeff Judging from the order of songs in the description box, that song is "Neverland" from Peter Pan.

I don't know why they work young doctors like that. Can you imagine if they did the same for pilots? Then the terrorists would be scared!
Well done, as always!
