  • I never asked, why was the guy fighting with security? Shoplifter? Broke some stupid dress code rule or what? If anyone knows please tell me.

"Youre in the wal mart parking lot, thats ours....yeah? Come and try to take my camera and your face will be MINE!.Trust me lady, that minimum wage they pay you isnt worth it"

Also, if the security wasnt doing anything wrong, why was she in such a hurry to get over there and get the camera? Even worse, I guess the dumb bitch didnt know WM has cams all over.

  • The case is what is considered public or private space. The parking lot is probably public, if they consider it as private they should have notices at all entraces that they are also filming you in order to obtain your informed consent the moment you enter.

  • i would've told that lady to go fuck herself and then woulda kept filming. she's absolutely wrong. you can film whatever the fuck you want to film in public. it's people like her that go out there and spread false information that make other people question their rights. fuckin bitch

  • @kelleyjane07 LOL Kelly. Right on!

  • "you're not taking my camera lady" hahahaha

  • i don't no why but walmart employes think their the fucking police and they own the place the need to stop being wannabees

  • I woulda jacked that bitch in the mouth if she tried to grab my shit.

  • squish his f#cking head some more.

  • OCCUPY WALMART

    12-3-11

    SPREAD THIS SHIT

  • Funny how the guilty will bitch about being taken down and handcuffed. If I didn't do it, I would just let them do it and sue latter.

  • chuck norris's wife.

  • What a stupid comment the lady said. "You're in wal mart parking lot, thats ours?!" So I guess all the cars that park here are yours too?

  • @vamtheanomaly - eh its called "make "laws/rules" up as you go" for the unknowing morons they'd hand it over

  • @IPGAuto Exactly what I was thinking, sir. Id by like, "Hell naw...you touch my camera and we are gonna roll around on the pavement!"

  • @vamtheanomaly - lmao.. nah at this point bro its not worth it, because although your right.. this fucked up justice system, you'd get charged with some bullshit

  • That old lady was ex-special forces, becareful....

  • In texas everyone gets involved!

  • dont break the law in texas, youll put your life in danger

chuck norris is second job, is walmart texas ranger

  • When I was a child I had to wait for the carnival sideshow to come to town for the County Fair if I wanted to see Tatooed Freaks and Bearded Ladies.............

now I just go to Wal-Mart!

  • what a Braid Dead Bitch.....I wish I was there i'll come and take it' and kick her ass big time hahaha wal-mart slave I bet she its mcd's in there cause I can tell she is a process cow ;-)

  • Rent-a-cops! No authority whatsoever! Just walk off the property! They can't do jack! I did!

  • How she gon charge him with assault if he doesnt put his hands behind his back i would have said "Oh, yea you fat bitch get da fukk outta here charge me then you aint no cop yall gon get da fukk off me."

  • if you haver no dignity and a high school drop you you work at wal mart like this lady.

  • Ninja777r ur a dumbass yes they can! they can take u and detain u which means touching them, that's why its called citizens arrest! Dumb ass read ur laws.

  • @homer0601 Naw dude...wal mart is not a correctional facility with a guard line. Its a public place. They can tell or ask you to stop recording but thats all. They cannot put their hands on you if you arent breaking the law.

  • You should have kept filming. If she touched you, it would be Assault. If she attempted to take your camera from you, it would theft and possible damage to your personal property. And if she actually violently assaulted you, you would be on grounds to draw a weapon on her. Piece of shit hag needs to learn just how powerless she is, even on "Walmart property."

  • i would have fought an riggeld an bit my way out if i was that guy.

  • what scum bags these walmart people are. they fucked around in high school and got shitty grades, now they work for a corporation, get shitty wages and when the time comes, defend that corporation. fucking ant-people. I'd tell that lady to fuck off

  • lol.... She can't take the camera.... And just a FYI.... it depends on each states definition/statute wording on when the person commits shoplifting. For example, some states you commit shoplifting as soon as you conceal it on your person, but if you just walked out of the store with it in your buggy then it's theft, both of which a store employee can arrest you. Yes the store employee is actually arresting you....

  • @ninja and clayton number one there is NO commission for any walmart LP or AP any where in the country and its not an illegal detainment they have the right to protect there assets as private merchants. A shoplifter needs to exit the store to prove the intent or act of theft.

  • BASTARD FAT MIDDLE AMERICANS!

  • I would say touch me and Ill have you arrested for assult

  • @impleasen And they would say, "This is a citizen's arrest. Welcome to Texas." ;)

  • LMAO=-) 'Your not taking my camera lady..'- Who the fuck is she.. "Thats ours.." You should have answered- ' You wanna take my eyes too!....Bitch!"

  • Stupid bitch, you can't charge someone with assault for resisting an illegal detainment.....once the guy makes it out of the store, they can't touch him, they have to let the REAL police do it. That's not only law, it's official WalMart policy to avoid lawsuits.

And no they can't legally take any camera or cellphone, that's a 4th Amendment violation.

They only try to take them so they can illegally delete evidence against them to avoid 7 & 8 figure lawsuits.

  • @NinjaRider777R I agree with you there. But working as LP for a Walmart before, The reward for apprehending and charging a man with shoplifting is lucrative. depending on the steal, rewards can be considered regular commission on top of hourly wage. With that in mind, i can easily forget about Walmart company policy to avoid civil lawsuits for wrongful citizens arrest and psychical harassment charges and work in the grey area for a bit for an extra buck. call it thug pay. Walmarts got me covered

  • lmfao bitch take my camera i better get my dick sucked.

  • Hope she got her ass whipped when she tried.

  • Wow this is the second video in a row that I've now seen where the person was told to stop filming and actually did. They cannot tell you to stop filming. Or as this Oompa Loompa woman said about it being their film since it was their parking lot, haha.

  • She cant take your camera?! but she made stop filming. Ah, the power of Intimidation strikes again. BOOM HEADSHOT!!!

  • what a loser, thinks she is a LEO or something, you should have waited for her to do something then pressed charges, teach her to pretend she is some big bag tough police officer

  • where in tx???....i live there

  • what town is this walmart in in texas?

  • What is the deal, can they legally take it if he is filming on WM property?????

  • bitch tried to steal his camra

  • actually she's right!! its private property but she can not take the camera all she can do is pretty much tell him to leave the property.

  • fuckin bitch had no right to say that shit it the end

  • i vote this to have the best ending of any video in 2008

  • LOL OMG LOOK A CAMERA, QUICK BITCH GO GET THAT SHIT! HAHAHAH FUCK TYRANNY, ALSO, DONt fucking steal, its a really dumb thing to do, and its fucking embarrasing to watch you get your head stepped on. fucking go find a job, stand ona corner n ask for change, but dont steal.

  • whoever filmed this had a good chance at a lawsuit!

  • @9DragonMaster

    what lawsuit?

  • I love the endin' 'cause it mad me roll on da floor laffing.LOL;)

  • camera man "Uhh"

    Lady "give that to me!"

    camera man "Why?"

    Lady "because......"

camera "youre not taking my camera lady" LOL i love the end hahahaha

  • Man.. Everyone turns the camera off at the best parts...

  • She can not take his camera. That is just silly. Legally she has the right to tell him to stop recording because he is on private property. That is what she should have told him. No one is going to take anyone seriously when they walk up to them stating that they have to turn over their camera and that it is no longer theirs.

  • Most supermarkets have a sign on the wall absolving themselves from responsabilty from ongoing`s in the car park i.e Theft and damage to cars etc.. But by doing that, They have given up the right to interfere in any usual goings on in the car park, You can tell her to fuck off if you want, They can`t do shit. It`s a bit like the pavement outside your house, You have a bylaw allowing access etc.., But the pavement belongs to the state.

  • @xmoroseguyx

ummm thats a good point but im sure there's a loop hole thanks for bringing this up

  • did she take your camera?

  • you know there is this magical function on video cams called ZOOM !

  • Don't mess with Wal-Mart Sierra Leonean Style, or child soldiers will cut your hands off.

  • Damm!! what happened next?

  • If she took the camera, you wouldn't see this video.

  • A citizens's arrest is legal in the state of Texas if the crime committed in your presence is a felony or offense against the public peace, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 14.02. Unfortunately, this video does not say or show what the guy did.

The lady CAN tell you to stop filming, this is private property and legally, you must comply. But she cannot under any cicumstance take the camera away.

  • @Grogz40 She can't tell him to do anything. She's a friggin cashier. Doesn't matter whether she works for wal-mart or not. I'm walmart AP and I wouldn't tell someone to stop filming even if I could. But anyways, the only person that could tell him anything is the store manager, and he/she could just tell him to leave. He can film anything he damned well pleases!

  • @sirbuick Yes, any employee can and do quite frequently. Maybe you have certain store policies that may not allow you to tell someone to stop filming, but that isn't the law. Any store representative is capable, legally. If what you said was true, than any film maker would be allowed to make a movie in Wal-Mart.

  • @Grogz40 Okay let's nail this down. I'm filming around walmart and a cashier walks up to me and tell me to stop filming. I either ignore her and keep going or flat out tell them I won't and keep going. What is that cashier going to do? Take the camera? Or call a manager? Think about this in a logical way.

  • @sirbuick Well, the cashier can't FORCE you to stop filming. Nobody can do that, even the manager. BUT, if the cashier or anyone could identify you, you can be sued for copyright infringments. You must get approval from Wal-Mart to film or photograph. That goes for ANY private property. Your house, the movie theatre, any private property. That is the law.

  • @Grogz40 What the hell do you mean copyright infringement? I can film private property all day. I can stand in front of your house and film your house and there's nothing you can do about it. And filming in Wal-mart doesn't infringe on any copyrights. You're retarded.

  • @sirbuick LOL, ok hotshot. You can look it up yourself. I don't care what you think, it doesn't matter to me. I tried to expalin things to you logically and legally. You want to ignore that? Go right ahead toughguy.

  • @Grogz40 This is one of the best things about youtube. It brings out all the pseudo-erudites. People like you like to spout off about areas of the law you have no knowledge of beyond hearsay and urban myth, and then when you get backed into a corner by someone who has studied the law, you say "look it up for yourself" and start playing the internet gangster. I wonder if I could get a Nobel in biology for studying and charting the behavior of twerps like you.

  • That thief or whatever sounds Hispanic. He's probably an anchor baby. Like you were going to give her your camera. Dumb bitch.

  • They have cameras EVERYWHERE at wallymart! and YOU CAN'T FILM THEM? Yeah right. LOL!

  • Fuck Walmart

  • did she take your camera?

  • @jlucero82 did she take your camera what happen?

  • they claim that its private property thats why you can't record there when its not private property o.o if its private property what are all these people doing there walmart employees are the dumbest ever.

  • @sainlovesluppi487 it is in fact, private property. The property is owned by Wal-mart. It is NOT public property. There is simply an invitation to the public to access walmarts property during the times specified by walmart. I don't understand how you could not know this?

  • "that's ours" ??? i would punch her and plead self defense

  • how is not placing your hands behind your back assault? An assault is carried out by a threat of bodily harm coupled with an apparent, present ability to cause the harm. Just another bunch of security that think they know the laws and have legal power. BTW this guy that was placed in cuffs could have filed a lawsuit against Walmart security for being so rough on him. They are in no right of restraining him with handcuffs. They may however hold down the individual until the police arrive.

  • @allidoisturntwo Im not sure where this video was taken and the laws there. I do know that where i live that security can handcuff anyone they apprehend if they feel that the person they are placing under arrest may resist or is currently resisting. I do agree though with you that not complying to placing your hands behind your back is not assault haha thats just resisting.

  • That lady is one dumb bitch.

  • That lady is the very reason I think & believe that people in positions of power need to be monitored--constantly!! She's got a little authority & now she thinks she can abuse her little Walmart authority by saying that she can take a customers camera? Just imagine the abuses this lady commits out of camera view? You think she's a nicer person off camera? Oh, she's only "doing her job" right? Well telling a customer that you can take something from them isn't your job!! We need Watchdogs!!

  • texas should legalize medical marijuana

  • Texas is some fucken scary state. Seriously. I will never live in that state ever. Have you guys seen their death penalty kills?! Thats some scare shiit.

  • werein texas was this

  • 1) No one that works at Wal-Mart is licensed to detain anyone, unless they're an off-duty police officer.

    2) She can't detain the camera, the police can. She has to be able to prove that the company has a no filming/photography policy.

3)The only loop-hole they have is if they have signs saying no filming/photography allowed. Another fact is she can't even detain the guy to try to get the camera.

    Someone has "big head" syndrome....

  • @turbocontour27 - some of what you state is correct. However, you don't have to be an "off-duty Police Officer" to "detain" or "arrest" someone, in the state of Texas. Any civilian, in the state of Texas, can arrest for Felony or "disturbance of the Peace," such as tresspass, theft, etc. The only thing that lady could have done, would have been to boot the camera man from their property. But, she couldn't take the camera. - former Houston (TX) area Police Officer.

  • Wow that lady watches too much cops. She can't tell you to stop filming jesus

  • stupid bitch....gotta love clueless people who panic when caught doing something wrong on tape...hope she got charged and fired

  • I'm guessing she never got the camera if this is up on youtube

  • Security cannot take your camera, and if they do that is breaking the law. These loss prevention people take their job way too seriously. They abuse the power they have like most managers these days. Fuck 'em all i say.I do give them credit for stopping a shoplifter though.

  • "your in Walmart parking lot, thats ours"??? who the fuck made those rules shes full of shit

  • Lulz "Your Not Takeing My Camera Lady"

  • I like you stayed calm and you you spoke back to her

  • she did that cause of what they were doing to that guy is whats called assault No matter what security team you have your not allowed to put your hands on another person unless your a swore officer or you have a good reason to have them arrested....Stealing however is not a good reason. I bet that guy sued them and won...lol

  • wich walmart is this????i liv in tx 2

  • I'm favoring this video. Yeah .. it's not too exciting .. but, the end is unbelievable. Does Wal-Mart really take peoples cameras away? The lady says "it's ours" .. does corporate teach them that? Can someone who works at Wal-Mart shed some light on this? To me .. that sounds like theft. (Wasn't that why they were team sitting on that guy?)

  • @MAX54VIDEOS From photorights. org: "Can I take photographs on private property without permission? Yes, but only if it is not prohibited by the landowner. The landowner is within their rights to prohibit photography on their property or to require payment for permission. However the landowner or staff do not have any legal power to demand handover of film or memory cards, nor to require the deletion of images."

  • im scared to park my car now

  • Fuck Wal-Mart motherfucker

that guy should have pressed charges for that shit fucking citizen's arrest

    snitching fuckin' pussies

i would of helped that guy out or hunted those motherfuckers down

  • @mtntitties69 and went to jail, tough guy

  • @mtntitties69 lol i bet

  • so since i park my car in their parking lot does that make it theirs?

  • haha your not takin my camara lady hahahahahahaha

  • You can not detain anyone in Texas unless you are law enforcement. This man could sue the hell out of walmart/and those people. They aren't even supposed to detain you at the door after you check out and look in your bags - that's your stuff, you paid for it - if security walks up and wants you to follow them to the back or whatever, say kiss my ass and keep walking - holding you against your will is kidnapping should gave that guy your video especially if he was injured FUCK WALMART

  • @cuegette oh really? Because I worked at a electronic store before. And saw what Loss prevention does. They DETAIN the shoplifters and wait for the cops to pick them up. Then do you know what cops do when they get there? They review the tapes, then take the shoplifters to jail. And tell the Loss Prevention guys, "nice one." Shows what you know.

  • Thats not a lady'''Thats a Dyke,,,,

  • that lady was retarded "give that back to me your in wal mart parking lot that's ours" yeah right.

  • waw it takes em about 6 to get 1 guy wall markt poeple are pussy's

  • Way to go. Fuck ASS MART. That's you're camera all right.

  • "you know what your gonna 'go down' for resisting".....resisting what? Wal Mart security? Eat my ass......"gimme that your on Wal-Mart parking lot thats ours"....give you what? Mah cock?....whatever you say open wide fatty

  • this is wal mart parking lot.thats ours! "your not taking my camera lady!"

  • ur voice is cute. dallas?

  • that bitch cant take your camera, what the hell she talking bout!? i wouldve kept filming how stupid she looked trying to take my camera. idiot lol

  • @samoansuperman07 If that fat bitch tried to take my camera I'd fucking GET IN HER FUCKING FACE. And if she dared to touch me or my fucking camera PUNCH IN THE FACE. Immediately. Not fucking joking. People assuming authority over me just because she has some fucking nametag on. Stupid bitch.

  • @rocaho001 You would punch a lady in the face?? damn....

  • @jgl4494 FUCK YES. If she put her hands on me I'd put mine on hers. We're both adults keep your hands OFF me and my PROPERTY and I'll keep my hands OFF you. Self defense.

  • @samoansuperman07 All she can make you do is leave for trespassing..

  • if i was filming i would smash the camera into her head

  • At the Walamrt I work at we are not even allowed to follow them out the store.WE just ask them to stop,if they dont,oh well.we Just call the cops.If you keep doing this kind of nonsnse you are gonna encounter someone with a gun and people are gonna get their heads blew off.I dont need my minimum wage that bad.

  • @thomasandtanga That's why ALL stores should have a sharp shooter. I know, it's like talking outta my ass, yeah, well how about talking to the victims, and victims's families that lost someone (or some people) because of assholes out there that takes innocent lives just for either a small amount of cash, items or something like that, to bigger amounts.

  • "your in a Walmart parking lot, thats ares" ......bitch you aint taken my camera gtfo

  • Aw, too bad he stopped filming... I woulda told that bitch to go eat some shit.

  • i would of kept filming they cant take it from ya

  • wht did tht guy do to get arrested by walmart

  • @fatboystudio25 shoplifting what else

  • Walmart was suppose to let security handle this instead of trying imitate there favorite action show's. That is why she wanted the camera. The Walmart by my house in Peoria, Az a employee got shot

  • Support your local Wal-Mart! Support Communist China while you're at it, too!

  • u whould have said "heres the camara" then thrown it at her face AS HARD AS POSSIBLE!

  • That cunt is clearly just on a power trip, I'da told her to put my dick in her mouth...

  • walmart doesn't want you filming in their parking lots?

  • Lol crazy bitch. Hit her with the camera then runaway!

  • I can't believe that he turned the camera off!

  • she fat

  • What the hell is she doing approaching you?.. She has no right, even if it's Walmart parking lot.

  • @zeidanny she could be terminated from walmart if he writes a complaint form

  • Did She Take Your Camera?

  • @DamiDeviTo21 nop he just left if she did he wouldn't upload this video to youtube lol

  • They should have beaten the shit out of him. LOL

  • @Manongjojo did they beaten the shit out of you

  • If you are going to steal, do not do it at the stores. That is unethical and against the law. Instead, get elected into Congress! Once there, the country is in your pockets!

  • IVE STOLEN FROM WALMART , BUT IT WAS SOMETHING SMALL, THE ISLES ARE SO WIDE ITS HARD, ONLY WAY IS TO CONCEAL, POCKETING WOULD BE BAD, STORES ARE TOO BIg

  • @tastyscabs i also head that some walmarts have micro small video cameras in the restrooms.........one of my family members works on one of them

  • When did we allow minimum wage employees the right to restrain people?

  • yep those walmart employees will getcha. walk into the one by my house with hoody on and every one of them are staring and checking me out. Hey i'm not a thief, I just like wearing a hoody with the hood on.

  • @rushgrip yup its true if u wear suspicious clothes they will judge you for how u look trust me it happend to me @ AJ-WRIGHT i was wearing some meccas black jeans and a black long sleeve t-shirt and i even bought the in the same store @ aj wright..............................

  • @audioduo Yeah, I guess along with wearing my gray hoody, hands in pockets ,looking down, and wondering through the isles, might have something to do with it too.

  • @rushgrip if i were u i would talk to a good lawyer and open a case against walmart for judging you for how you look......then you would won the case and suck lots of thousand's of dollars from walmart...... i should done that to AJ WRIGHT.......

  • I have to compliment Walmart on how they arrested the shoplifter: very carefully. It looked as if they actually care about the law and lawsuits.

HOWEVER, if they try to take MY camera, I will defend myself. I will defend myself with whatever force is necessary.

  • i like how she says u need to give that bac to me and thats ours......so if i took a crap in a wal mart parking lot she would want that bac to because its hers

  • Good thing there is nothing but pick-up truck driving trailer trash that shops at walmart!!!!

  • What a dumb bitch.......

  • haha you definitely should have kept fliming

  • chop his fuckin' hand off

  • "ur not takin my camera lady" lol

  • Once confronted by any retailers LP officer about shoplifting and you resist they have a LEGAL right to take you down and hold you until police arrive. Ask any cop if that's true. Cops love retailers who prosecute. Places of business that are open to the public are STILL private property.

  • To me the app seemed fine. As for WM taking someone's camera? umm... she was out of line doing that. the BEST she can do is order them OFF the property.

as for the shoplifter - here's a little hint. STOP STEALING! Sometimes, when you STEAL from people, they get PISSED OFF! I hope you sue and LOSE! Get a job, and pay for your WM junk, like the rest of us!

  • I absolutely love how stupid wal-mart security or any other security person is for that matter.....they are just full of themselves when they bust someone.....holy frig, its the funniest shit to watch and at the end of this video, turn off the camera, its ours cause you're on wal-mart property...wow, stupid lady....

  • @something94 well looking good @ this video the guy pointed and the cameram guy and the lady started to come towards him

  • We aren't cops, we do have the right to detain a person that has shoplifted until the police arrive or they are released. I've never worked for Wal-Mart but LP is pretty universal across all retail companies. They can charge him with assault if he put his hands on any of them, same as anywhere else. She can't take the guys camera however.

  • Lol, she said the perp would be charged with assault if he didnt put his hand behind his back... What kind of morons do they have working at walmart?

  • It's called an uncooperative where I come from. The fine doubles.

  • You cannot charge someone with assault for not putting their hands behind their back, and a none peace officer cannot charge anyone with assault to begin with. They can only file a complaint. To be charged with assault you must either enflict great bodily harm: 1st degree assault; inflict substantial bodily harm with a weapon: 2nd degree assault; inflict substantial bodily harm: 3rd degree assault; physical assualt to a police officer, firefighter ect: Fourth degree assault

  • The only thing he could of been charged with is resisting arrest, but since the "security" people at walmart are not licensed peace officers they cannot charge anyone for anything. They can only present evidence and hope that the person is charged before a judge. Ultimately the judge makes the final decision. So assault charge wont happen. Unless he physically struck the walmart security.

  • And on top of that the security has to be careful how they detain someone because walmart can be liable for any injuries to the perp. Depending on the circumstances of course.

  • Once confronted by security about shoplifting and you resist security has EVERY legal right to detain you, even by force, until police arrive. Ask any cop. If you resist and cause ANY injury to security you can be charged for that. Businesses open to the public are STILL private property. Just as you have a legal right to defend your home, businesses have a legal right to defend their business.

  • @IDontKnowNorDoYou This was probably in texas or some other fucked up state like that. Most places wal mart security guards have no right to touch you at all. I don't know how you could think just because it's private property that gives them the right to kick your ass. There are a lot of complicated laws that vary state to state and the ones doing the ass kicking have to be trained and lisenced. If some kid walks on your grass does that give you the right to do this? Hell no!

  • If you resist, they can use force, I asked my LP officer the other day, just to make sure. He said YES you can use force if they resist, also if they resist even though he is LP you can still be charged with resisting. My LP officer approaches the suspect, introduces himself, asks to shake their hand and and asks them to follow the manager on duty toward the LP office. IF they resist he CAN LEGALLY TACKLE THEM. Also, just because it is private property they DEFINITELY can use force if youresist
