I'm having a really hard time making a button call the web browser and going to the link i want. Can you help me at all? I've read a ton but just can't get it right. :( Any help is greatly appreciated.
app inventor is based on java open source projects like open block. Yet Google have not released the source code for app inventor nor does it allow it to be freely downloaded. It is in closed beta and access to it is DISCRIMINATORY.

@la6470 dude you need to learn to think. They arent done with it. You may think it is "discriminatory" but it is not. It is in testing or beta phase. Of course they aren't going to release it until testing is done. That would only result in an unfinished product. It is an open source application, that will be free for anyone to use in the near future. Calm down before you post idiotic "shame on google" comments. Think before you write
@mnsbmsrulez yes i know that but I own a nexus one, and i have seen at least 50 different nexus ones in real life and none of them have HTC written on the top of them
@sanman312 i think that these phone is somekind RC version of the nexus one, what i remember some google guys get these free from htc, especially android developers.
@survivor303 dude trust me, both me and my are developers and we have received free nexus ones from google, neither of them say htc on the top. The kind that people order don't say that either. The only possibility is that he received him before the launch date when they hadn't changed the design
