Spoiling Fun Fact: Kamiya (game creator) said the rose thing (that pops up whie Bayonetta is being hit) is a protective spell on her when she couldn't master Witch Time as a child, a reference to her past-self.

I found taking on Beloved in Chapter One was the easiest one to do. He swings like a rusty gate and he is the only enemy left to fight for that Verse after dispatching the previous minions in that Verse. As soon as he swings, just block away, of course having the Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa on.

This may sound strange, but I got the "Touch And It Will Really Hurt" quite differently.

In Chapter 2, Verse 2 I was fighting the Dear and Decorations. First they shot two yellow energy balls at me and I reflected them both back normally, then they shot the more powerful red energy ball. I reflected it and got the counter move and as soon as I did I got the achievement. Has this happened to anyone else here?

For the people having trouble with this, you have to press Y as soon as the enemy hits you THEN move the control stick IMMEDIATELY afterwards. Don't do it at the same time, or move the control stick first. You have to hit Y first then counter.

@MrBanaHH You can try what they do in this video on Very Easy... I couldn't unlock it until today... On Very Easy, angels come one at a time and their moves are easier to counter.... Just try to be patient.. This was my last Bayonetta trophy too.. It's very nerve-wracking..

its not hard as you tought its pretty easy if u have fast eye and patience :3 u must do these::::

-find 1 monster first angels not like 5 or 6 angels ull get paniced when they attack just find 1 and ull easy to learn

-be sure u equiped only mahaaa-kalaaaaaa lalala XD

-dont press r2 or triangle square (for xbox idk srry :( just dont take guard or attack)

-when angel try attack to you push left analog stick forward to angel dont push back when it try attack rush it like that.. good luck!

I FIGURED IT OUT...Its just like the Form of the Bat.  You have to wait until the SECOND you get hit to activate it. You take damage but you get your health back once you go into witch time. You don't even have to hit Y or B after you get hit...

I cannot do this dang counter attack. I've done it, but not when i was trying to it just happened. And i've had it done without even pressing the attack button, just by having the left thumbstick flicked in the same direction again while i was blocking. Those ones are by accident as well, when i actually try to do it that way it dont work lol. This crap is ridiculously hard.

if you press it straight away before the rose.. it will just deflect

Thanks for the video. It helped to understand how to get the trophy, surprisingly I got the 10 counter one at my first counter XD guess I did 9 on my playthrough hehe. The 3 in a row took me about 15 minutes but at the end. What helped me was to let the angels do the mid-range attack, when they bounce the axe back and then jump since that gives a "lot" more timming and then it poped up hehe, just at 00:00 hours. Time to go to bed.

When I did this trophy I just let the enemy hit me and counted frames from the enemies tell to the contact. Finished it quick.

It seems people are having hard time with the Touch And It Will REALLY Hurt Achievement. When I was trying to do it on Normal what was really making it just terrible was when I activated the witch time and I killed the Angles so easily. So what I did was instead put it on Max Climax, so they would attack a lot quicker, more often, and took much less damage. Not to mention that witch time didn't activate at all so it was really fast. I got it in about a minute that way. Hope that helps! :)

@JStamCasual nope, because you have to counter 3 attacks while taking no damage for example: counter-block-block-counter-bl­ock-counter and you will earn it. if you get damage you have to try it again.

If you counter at the absolute last split second an extended Witch Time moment will trigger. This is different from just the blocking move the same accessory grants you.

Easier way for this achievement trophy :

Either go in the shop and try the bat form, the enemy will always use the same attack and he'll spawn back when he dies. If like me you already bought it, when you do the Prologue on Non-Stop Climax, you'll get to a practice screen. I did it there without problems.
