I know this is old and comments like this get annoying, but you should try using pots and piety. I can get two kills a trip without extremes, overloads turmoil, verac, or a beast of burden at 124 cb without doing the walk trip.

Use piety instead- it drains the exact same amount as using 2 of the 15% prayers.

Also, if you used supers, you could kill her easily in one trip.

I solo (107 cmb), and I kill her in one trip quite often.
