Thats y the waves are really good near the rocks ot on the south side of the pier go on the north side and go allllll the way to the end the waves will be good garenteed trust me i live like 5 mins away

I used to go to school at CSULB and had surf p.e. at Seal Beach and never got waves. It's nice to finally see it break!
