@MsZiyiGongYeoh wo =i shi=am ying=english/england. shi can mean many things: poem/am/is/10/time ect. the reason or this is there a fewer words in chinese,so to understand which word is correct when speaking, chinese people just say the same word but in a different tone. shi (sure) spoken with an upwards rising sounds like: / means 10, and with a down: \ (fast and short) means: is or am. chinese. go to: livemocha(.)com its free. luckily my girlfriend is chinese that helps too :)
