  • Loved when Milian went to put the glasses on. Seen enough episodes now to have seen her habit of holding them (her glasses) off her face when she goes from the paperwork to looking at the litigants. Heh ha.

  • I completely buy that the dress could have been in a tupperware. It was in STORAGE for god's sake. Too bad the lady lost.

  • does anybody ever win a defamation suit? lol

  • I think he made a bit of a mistake breaking into his tenant's room. She can just bring a tape of this to her other case.

I think the judge just didn't believe her that she had a $5K gown because she was renting a single room from some weird looking dude.

  • I have a $300 dress hanging in my closet.

  • $5000 dress in tupperware... right....

  • The plaintiff is kinda hot... so i believe her :P

  • Ahhh, young Snape, you have much to learn.

  • @duntzwitch LMAO I was thinking a young Kyle MacLachlan but you nailed it. Thumbs up.

  • @lawnsausages Lol, I was just surprised no one else had spotted that before. >.<

  • @duntzwitch COMING TO A THEATER NEAR YOU: Alan Rickman and Gwyneth Paltrow star in the blockbuster courtroom drama Haute Couture & Tupperware...

  • She is definitely exaggerating the price of her belongings. As a model, doesn't she get SOME clothes for free, also? Anybody know?

  • I'm assuming they are living in New York, which is very expensive. But I find it completely ridiculous to pay over 1300 dollars in rent for one room in some other persons apartment. More than likely it would be more expensive for her and her boyfriend to rent a place of their own. They might even struggle financially if they did so. But I'd rather struggle in my own place then live in an apartment with strangers.

  • Wtf is versachi?

  • @empireofred Versace is a clothing brand.

  • The plaintiff was very attractive :3

I actually believed she kept the clothes in the bins.. I don't know why that's so hard to believe.

  • $1350 per month for renting a room in a house. Wow that is a lot. I live in one of the most expensive cities in North America, Vancouver, Canada and I pay $1100 for a large one bedroom apartment with no roommates. I thought that I was paying a lot for rent. She was paying more for just a single room with a bunch of roommates. Wow.

  • Plaintiff has the money to buy all that expensive clothing, yet still rents out 1 BEDROOM along with 2 other tenants. Does not make any sense.

  • @VietHeartz She was in fashion and paying attention to what she said, most were bought in Switzerland BEFORE she moved to the US.

  • I would have believed the plantiff more if she had brought pictures of herself in at least one of these supposed dresses, or carrying at least one of these supposed bags. Surely she has at least some pictures of herself in clothing that nice! Even if it was just one picture of her wearing one thing it would show that this is the kind of clothes she tends to wear.

  • @whatsanenigma 100 points for you

  • Where else would you store expensive clothes you wanted to protect? At the clothes bank in a safety clothes deposit box? Or how about in water tight rubbermade containers up on a shelf in a storage closet. Ya that makes better sense.

  • fucking gypsy, acting like gypsies do.

  • Hilarious senior moment for Judge M at 5:10.. starts at 4:17 though.. She handles it with class and aplomb!

  • plantif needs a hairbrush.

  • I think the plaintiff should have gotten more. Also she speaks so nicely, americans should learn to speak like her

  • @killerchipmunkattack

what, like a liar and thief? no thanks.

  • @killerchipmunkattack what we should all pretend we are spanish??? you must be an idiot....

  • I'm sorry, but 13k in clothes that are in storage is ridiculous. So she could easily have another 13k in clothes being used. That is just way too much money for clothes- since she can't afford her own place and lives rent free. Reminds me of the case of the woman buying expensive glasses with her government-funded healthcare money.

  • Would love to hear the plaintiff's voice in the middle of the night.

  • The only truly established fact is that the landlord tresspassed. A good judgement. Fair and according to verified fact only.

  • She could have bought the dresses second hand, or been given them by an admirer or anything.

Just having them doesn't prove she paid $13,000 for them.

  • How is $13,000 worth of clothes in bins unbelievable? Its a good place to keep them from being damaged.

  • Ehhhhh my Gucci glasses WAAAAAH MY CLOOOOTHES

Women like this make my gender look terrible.

  • fucking emo faggots

  • You sound like a real asshole.

  • I think the defendant looks like Jonny Depp's, Willy Wonka.

  • americans are so dumb. Beaner judge had too many nachos before court. America fails again. lol

  • The plaintiff is a spoiled ass bitch that should go back to whatever backward country she came from!!!!!

  • @MrFBCBSALES Americans are terrible ridiculous religious unintelligent subhumans who lie and cheat each other and call that a life. AHAHAHAHAHA Ill take a backward country anytime son.

  • Def has a chin like Michael Jackson's! lol

  • Thankyou people of youtube. I thought it was so weird that people think it's weird to keep expensive clothing in plastic bins? I keep 300-500 dollar clothing items on the floor sometimes ... and I'm a guy! Expensive clothing that is sometimes tailored does not always need a place on your shelf when you're not wearing it for a long time. Honestly, what does she suggest other then a giant bin? :S

  • I really don't understand people NOT understanding that you can use those bins to put your clothes in. Does not matter if it is a pair of jeans or a Versace dress. Why is that so unbelievable or even an issue? She should have asked the defendant what he took out of those bins and he should be held responsible because he had no right to do that. The bins are his but the contents are not. What an ass he is.

  • Is that a man in the suit? I can't quite tell...

  • I don't buy th p's testimony but why didn't the judge ever ask the d why he was so hellbent on getting back his bins? It's like $20.00 @ walmart.I do think he stole something.

  • @xkcman Come on now, it's so obvious. The only reason why he wanted them back is because the dumb bitch quit payin her rent and he was like fuck this shit, if she ain't gonna pay rent, then she can't have the bins anymore.

  • That defendant is beautiful :)

  • I would never have moved in with Dracula.

  • 250 dollars only?

  • i gotta say in re: to storin expensive clothes in bins, i do store some a my garments in those large bins. i like & buy hi fashion. the shit i spend on my wardrobe is more than the avg american yearly income. i believe the plaintiff when she says she stores her shit in those bins becos i do it also. when some1 has the resources to afford these luxuries it rly isnt a big deal to store clothing this way. when i get tired of wearin somethin i just kinda store it away to make room for somethin new

  • @jogu78 ...lol...Let us see your receipts!

  • Is it just me, or dose she sound a little Like Tali from Mass Effect ? ^^

  • frankenstein,s bride fights dracula!lol

  • haha amazing voice crack at 5:57

  • I believe the plaintiff. She was just stupid for not keeping a receipt, sheer idiocy. Good way to store clothes though, fold and wrap them in tissue paper then into the container. What's wrong with that? Defendant got off way too lightly.

  • plaintiff's an idiot and a stuck up snob . . . glad she got squat . . .well, only 250 instead of the 5000 . . .defendant - can't feel sorry for you because you were wrong . .

  • Yea same here when she put them !!!!!

  • Who the hell cut that defendant's hair??

  • $13,000 worth of items in bins, I don't think the plaintiff had $1,300 worth of items period ! she looks sloppy & an unkempt, that room looks like a slob lives there, and she really thinks JM would believe that she had that amount of items stored there but couldn't afford her own place and not even paying rent, plaintiff is a lying user !

  • @remembawhen Any woman pays that for clothing doesn't have a nasty plastic trash bag hanging from her shoulder and lank greasy hair hanging from her head.

  • Plaintiff is so full of shit! How can she afford to buy designer clothes?

  • @tutango16 Europeans do not buy clothes for cheap. They usually do not have many things because they pay a lot of money for a few particular things. When I was stationed in Germany, the Germans would not buy a lot of things that are cheap because they believe the quality is not as good. So, they save up and will pay $500 for one pair of jeans. Quality over quantity I guess. :)

  • they look like brother and sister they have the exact same nose! i mean the plantif and the defendant

  • Lesson learned: Never rent to an emo.

  • I would have been out of there so fast it would make that asshole's head spin, defendant is a real nasty ugly cheap prick.

  • Culture difference , as an europan , i can tell that as long as it is safe doesen matter where you keep the clothes , its up to each individ , so i find this judgement pure. I like the judge a lot , and the decisions but this one was wrong

  • Goth got pwned.

  • @mediacritic Pwned would be if he had to pay it all.

  • @TriaMaxwell I say the Goth should of got fined more than just $200

  • plaintiff is cute

  • it's funny how the judge corrects her on "borrow" vs. "lend". The judge told her that the correct word to use is "lend". then later on, when the the correct word would have been "borrow", the plaintiff decided to go with "lend" to keep the judge happy. hee hee. non native speakers of English are so cute! They make the cutest mistakes.

  • at about 1:05 : and how do you find out he has "bin" there? hee hee!

  • 5:05

    lol

  • I laughed so hard when Judge Milian put on the Gucci glasses thinking they were hers. So funny! I love Judge Milian. lol

  • @djmec5 Hmmn what if another person had taken the same glasses on by mistake would you then laugh too or is it just because the judge is a TV celebrity?

Try to make your own life and dont let the socalled TV stars take over your way of thinking.

  • Wow.

  • annoying to listen to the plaintiff..

And Keanu Reeves there needs a smack..

I do believe the others took the clothes...$13000..eh..

Storing in plastic boxes is fine. no dust, and less trouble with the garment getting tired and loosing it's shape.. I would rather have it in plastic boxes than hanging,

  • P is a really nice looking girl but... when she speaks I want to hurt her... just a little... :P

  • Defendant reminds me of Brandon Lee in The Crow. Loved that movie.

  • Not keeping receipts for a $5,000 clothing item... yikes. The plaintiff has money. I would have given her at least $1,000.

  • Plastic storage bins are appropriate for storing clothing, but I think she's a fool not to keep receipts and to stay in the apartment where she's so unhappy.

  • @countmein33 I agree, I think it's a pretty smart way to store the items she had. It's protected from stuff like dust, moths, and dampness.

  • Plastic storage bins are superior to hanging in the closet because of the bed bug epidemic in the US.
