  • Rose fofilled what jack made her promise to do!!

  • Jack and rose where true love no matter what you say but, i wish Jack could have lived and rose could freeze for him instead

  • awwwwwww that but treeclimber1797 does have a point

  • Not every day no....

  • If you guys love this read the book, it's fantastic and on amazon btw

  • Just to let everyone know.. His name is WESTLEY, not WESLEY. it even says his name in the video... Just to clarify

  • @xoxoTMBxoxo i actually named my dog Westley and i have people tell me all the time "you spelled it wrong" so annoying lol

  • why dont you shoe them falling donw the hill?

  • @Orlandobloomswifey27 You mean it's not working out between you and Orlando? lol

  • I hope I'm lucky enough to find love like that one day :)

  • "If you want, I could fly!" I love that line!

  • 0 DISLIKES....TRUE LOVE RULES

  • is this a kissing book?

  • I always turn Titanic off before Jack dies. If I am going to watch a movie that long it needs to have a happy ending.

  • fucking fred savage...

  • OMG why the hell is everyone talking about Titanic? That has NOTHING to do with Princess Bride. And honestly, it's just a movie. A story. He didn't really die and she sure as hell isn't that old :D At any rate, I love the Princess Bride, one, because it is funny, two, because Westley and Buttercup are awesome. So there.

  • you know it is true love when westley almost pimp slaps buttercup in the face

  • This made me cry. So cute.

  • Frikin kid, shut up and let em kiss!!!

  • @mentalist007coldplay And whatever else that follows :D

  • This scene does beat Romeo and Juliet. Thanks for putting this on Youtube.

  • wat it can do is dely it for a while

  • if death cannot stop true love, then y the hell did rose move on in titanic? she remarried--happily may i add, and then had kids...she loved jack with true love but yet when he died, she just went 'oh crap....move along...my heart will go on....leave him for the fishes...by jackie poo, c u in 84 years!' explain that 2 me!

  • @treeclimber1797 Must not have been 100% true love for Rose & Jack. Maybe it was mostly true love. LOL :D

  • @sgabusboy or maybe Jack was mostly dead.

  • @sgabusboy then they're relationship must've been mostly dead all day :D

  • @treeclimber1797 It most cetainly was tue love between Jack and Rose! But if she remained mournful for her lost love for the rest of her life, wouldn't Jack's death be in vain? She lived on to be happy BECAUSE of him- she owed him that much. He would want her to be happy. Rose loved Jack until her dying breath, but one can stay stuck in the past for ever.

  • @treeclimber1797 I haven't even seen the Titanic, and even I know the twit didn't let him on the raft even though there was PLENTY of room. You call that true love?

  • @SilencedByGreed

no which is y im not a fan of kate winslut's work

  • @treeclimber1797 yeh they can move on but I dont recall Rose marrying again and she is always thinking about jack :) what westley means is if your true love dies it is delayed until they are both united again in the next world :)

  • @treeclimber1797

Well, I guess you didn't hear what Jack promised Rose before he died. He promised her to live and move on and have children.

  • @treeclimber1797

Don't you remember? Jack made Rose promise him to live, move on, never let go, and have children.

  • Comment removed

  • @treeclimber1797 it was because he made her promise to continue and live even though he was going to die because he didnt want her to become a ghost. she married but never truly loved her husband. thats y in the end she had the necklace the entire time it was a memory of him

  • @treeclimber1797 Because Titanic was fake but this is real.

    :D

  • @evilfreethinker

lol dont tell james cameron that ;)

  • @treeclimber1797 she musn't have been serioous about being 100% true luv. It was probably only 99.9% true.

  • @treeclimber1797 This is just mah personal opinion, feel free to disagree :D

The way I see it, Jack and Rose's true love did live on, because she lived her life but always remembered Jack. Jack sacrificed himself (practically) so she could have an amazing, full, rich life. And Jack lived on in her and in her memories... plus their spirits were reunited at the end xD.

And I'm sure Jack didn't die and she went "oh crap" it probably took her a long time (idk though XD)

  • @treeclimber1797 She only did that because she made a promise to him to continue to live and "make babies and watch them grow and die an old woman warm in her bed". It was true love

  • @Greta100ful

except her baby looked an awful lot like Jack ;)

  • @treeclimber1797 jeesh she did what he wanted her to do. live her life to her own standards. live her life to the fullest, and not conform to what her mother and cal wanted. so she did. she laughed and cried and had adventures. did you think she'd just sit down and sob for the next 84 years? then what was the point in jack dying then...some people are so stupid

  • @bobeano23

WHY IS EVERYBODY RESPONDING TO MY COMMENT? LIKE WHAT THE FUCK?! CANT U READ EVERY OTHER COMMENT SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING???!!!! ur right....some people ARE stupid...and it doesnt seem like its just me

  • @treeclimber1797 LOL. Your comment just made my day.

  • @nerdyspec15 lol thanks...

  • @treeclimber1797 ...and Rose and Jack were reunited in the afterlife. So Wesley was right; death did not stop their love; it just delayed it.

  • @treeclimber1797 never saw the titanic but remember westley wasn't REALLY dead, and i'm assuming jack was....

  • @treeclimber1797 not sure if rebelling against your richie parents by having sex with a poor guy in the back of an old-timey carriage really counts as true love, lol

  • @treeclimber1797 If you are hungry and meatloaf is your favorite meal but its not available you eat something else just to stay alive.

Love can be the same. It is hard to live without it, even if it is not the perfect love.

  • @treeclimber1797

    Good point

  • @elaile thanks...

  • is it me or dose scene beat romeo + juliet

  • I think Wesley's response: "Death cannot stop true love...all it can do is delay it for a while" is one of the best lines ever spoken on the subject

  • Oh I love this scene!!! It's like one of my favorites!! BTW you gotta fix your description script. You have.."I will never again" You gotta add doubt in there... lol Thank you sooo much for putting this on!! :)
