this is where i think sum ppl get off track-ppl are always like- thats not exactly how they play it, etc. but what they dont understand is that alot of musical artist dont even play there songs the same way twice- hendrix has been quoted as saying that bout sum of his music--juat play it and feel -doesnt have to be EXACTLY the same

Yes, plectrum or pick - it means the same thing, only you'd hear the word plectrum as part of a harpsichord.
