Yes, it was in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, but they took it from an ad and I just can't remember which one it was. I think mildlyamused2 could be right. :o)

I think it was originally from the Lenny Henry's character Delbert Wilkins who was a DJ and had a younger brother called Winson who he would continuosly say 'chill Winston!' too. Incidently the guy who plays Rory Breaker in Lock Stock is the same guy who played Winston in the Lenny Henry show.  So I think it was no coincidence that the one of the posh student pot growers used this catchphrase.
