  • @thefoamycherry I really didn't use wikipedia. Also, an answer for "What are the classes like" would be something like... Large classes, however the more years you go, the smaller the classes become; the learning curve is very high, etc. Something along those lines. And you still haven't defined cytokinesis or explained to me what cellular respiration is, but here I'll help you. Cytokinesis is the division of cytoplasm and other organelles when two cells split.

  • @thefoamycherry And cellular respiration is different in plants and animals. In Animal cells, a cell takes Glucose and O2, and creates ATP, giving off CO2 and H2O as byproducts. (C6H12O6 + O2 -> CO2 + H2O) Plant cells are the exact opposite. They take CO2, H2O, and light energy and create Glucose and O2 as a byproduct. (CO2 + H2O -> C6H12O6 + O2) Now please note that these chemical equations are not chemically balanced.

  • @ScopedPewPew you're incorrect. cellular respiration is the same in every plant and animal organism. what you're describing for plant cells is the photosynthetic product, which produces both ATP and NADPH. that NADPH and ATP then leaves chloroplast and enters mitochondria and does the exact same process as animals. O2 is created from co2 when an electron is donated to the reaction center of a chloroplast.

    shit this is basic high school biology and people dont know this..

Plant cells take Glucose (C6H12O6) and O2, and the byproducts are CO2 and H2O. The little stuff like ATP and NADPH, I left out, because it wasn't relevant. The fact is, that cellular respiration is different in plant and animal cells.

  • It's so depressing in 8th grade my football coach whipped my team into shape. Hour long jogs were nothing for me, then I hurt my neck and can't play football anymore (im on waiting list for surgery) and I got lazy and fat. Now a 15 second sprint kills me and I can jog for like 40 seconds :(

    Atleast I still lift weights so I have lots of muscle mass for my age.

    Or you could use a healthier approach: it's all about calories. If you burn more than the ones you eat, you'll loose weight. Just don't stop eating, avoid junk food and always push yourself to the limits and even farther.

  • @heartlessraza Start running and stop eating. That is the quick and simple answer. No gym contracts, no supplements, no steroids, no protein powders. Just 1 X good pair of running shoes, a few miles per day, lots of fruit and veg and moderate amounts of everything else. Keep calories between 1,000 and 2,000 per day. Once you're in shape and running far & fast you can ease up on what you eat.

  • I just did a 20minute session with 7 minutes of rope skipping to heat my muscles up, then I did a quick 5 minute stretch, followed by your 3 exercises (first 3, without the jumping and touching your chest with knees) x2 with resting in between. I'm hardly able to breathe, I feel like I've pulled a truck for a mile... I jog 3-4 times a week 7-10k at moderate intensity... I was shocked at how unfit I actually am!!! Will keep doing this for 3 months and then post results! SICK exercise!

  • @desmozGenes yeah man keep up the good work ... it looks like doing the routine you just said you are doing is really going to help you ... i would say you might want to change it up once a month tho cuz your body will get used to doing the same exercises.   • @yossarianXful No, you are constantly burning fat. No what you are doing, your body is using the energy in it to perform tasks.

    After 20 minutes of exercise you enter a mode where the body focuses on turning fat cells and other groups into energy, this is when you burn the most fat.

  • @928Gb This is an easy way to burn fat, the first couple of times you do it will probably tire you out pretty fasy. But you will slowly build more muscle/stamina and be able to consistently do it for longer. If you really want to lose weight fast, do these kind of exercises, plus long easy cardio (such as bike riding or jogging) and a healthy died (calorie deficit)
