i just found this band tonight, so far ive listend to so many of their songs. and each of those ive heard like 8 times each. amazing. just what i needed. good bands like this are rare. i absolutely hate the top forty. but the sad thing is, this band will probably make the top 40, and become popular owl city. and when that happens, i will probably end up hating this band. People have a way for ruining everything.

i've known about owl city for over a year now and when i heard adam on the radio, yeah i was pissed. but then i got over it and continued to love him because even if a bunch of people "like, OMG LUV THEM" then they'll just get more money! and i feel bad for the struggling bands. anyway, making april is just now coming back on the scene, & if it happens, it happens. alternative is becoming popular...sick but true. stick with your music and in the end, it'll be back to norm

it is every bands dream to be popular and sell big, and have people appreciate what they do, and i can understand that, and thats fine. However, if every moron with an ipod gets obsessed with a song, it loses its appeal. If EVERYONE does something, its not special anymore. Say i did a backflip, and flipped twice before touching the ground. That would be pretty hardcore right? Well, lets also say that you, and all your friends and little jimmy down the street learn how to do it.
