Oh, please. Anette is very talented and has been getting better all the time. She has come a long way since her first concert and is doing much better than I thought, and I love the new CD. Tarja was talented, and will always hold a place in Old Nightwish, but that is over now, and the next generation of Nightwish is here, just as good, if not better, than the last.

Still... nostalgia is a killer. Anette lacks the deep, rich power Tarja had. That's not to say that she is not a talented singer; It is just my opinion that her voice is much reedier and less operatic than Tarja's. It can't be said that one is better than the other, since it's really comparing two totally different kinds of singing; I just honestly prefer the deeper quality of Tarja's voice.

She will be missed.

Actually, due to Tuomas' classical training and extensive musical knowledge, this is arranged better than the original and thus has a better timbre. Anyway, if you were a real fan of Moore you wouldn't be getting so mad, since they are obviously fans themselves and are actually if anything helping get people interested in his music.
