In Russian, we call them pirozhki/pirogi.

It's basically wrapped dough ... and the stuffing varies ... potatoes, cabbage, meat...etc. They really are delicious, and a staple in your average Russian diet.

About the "Bird of happines" clip - again, listen. Only the beginning is different. But as soon as the high note kicks in, the lypsynching begins.

The only live clips on youtube of Vitas are - "The Birthday of My Death", "Friendship", some interview on the news and "Ave Maria".

I haven't found any others that would be live.

I'm not american, I am lithuanian. Lithuania is a state which is next to Latvia (Vitas is latvian). I've never called him a monkey, or gay. I like his music. But it is a fact that most of his clips are lyp-synched. Just listen to a singer singing live and you'll notice that noone can sound exactly the same twice. Well, Vitas sounds exactly the same, except the volume changes (which can be done with computers).
